The new staff is SO AMAZING! Nursing staff is taking care of residents' needs, dietary delivers food straight to their rooms, janitors are keeping the rooms sparkling clean, leadership is involved with their staff and this is THE BEST nursing facility in the Independence area! Highly recommend this for anyone going through rehabilitation! And they also provide super nice apartments for independent living! Would definitely be more than comfortable with my grandparents living there!

The nursing staff at The Grove Rehab and Healthcare Center are caring and professional. They were attentive to my loved one's needs, kept us updated, and handled most situations with compassion. The groves is an amazing place to go for rehab! The therapy staff work with your schedule to make sure you don't miss a session and really care about your progress, giving encouragement and praise when you improve. They even have a wound nurse available 7 days a week to manage surgical incisions and any other wounds that occur before or after the hospital. The management are also really receptive and listen to any concerns you have and actually address the concern right away. If you are thinking about coming to the groves I highly recommend it!

Went to visit memory car facilities here at the groves, as I am look to place my mother.. I met with Chastity for my tour and she was very informative of the facilities and of the steps I need to take to make this transition for mother as comfortable as possible. She was compassionate about what she does and all of the residents the I seen, she has a very good rapport with each of them. She made me and my family feel very much at easy through all of this..

Would like to say since there has been a change in Administration, the place is making a lot of progress. Its not going to be an overnight change but me as fresh eyes coming in I can see change and its great! Residents are darling and love the community. I look forward to seeing the progression.

I went to visit my sister I came in from out of town. Her area wasn't clean her bed wasn't made up. We were there for 5 days and they had it together the next day. Buy I was very disappointed with her care. I would not recommend this facility.

The Independent Living at The Groves is great. It has everything you need plus a coffee bar and a hot tub. The neighbors are friendly and a lot of them have lived here for years.
