Having to place my mom in a nursing home was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. Like most families, it's something you never want to face. From the moment I walked through the doors at Crowne, I felt comforted. Ms. Teresa and the head nurse greeted me with such kindness. I was in tears, and they both took the time to hug me and reassure me that my mom would be well cared for. It's been over a week now, and I couldn't be more grateful. Every staff member has gone above and beyond to make my mom feel safe, comfortable, and respected. They treat her as a person, not just a room number. Everyone knows her by name, and that personal touch means the world to me. Thank you to the entire team at Crowne for your compassion, professionalism, and the wonderful care you provide. My mother was at Crowne Health Care for a short time. During that short time, everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and caring. My mother had therapy daily, staff that truly cared about her wellbeing, and communication with our family regularly. She felt safe and truly cared for while she was there. I am appreciative for the genuine respect and care my mother received. Thank you to all the nurses and staff.

I recently checked my mother into Crowne because she needed skilled nursing care and could no longer live by herself. I know how much she wanted to avoid this after having seen others transition to nursing homes. To say we were extremely apprehensive is a gross understatement. However in the days I helped her acclimate, I was amazed at how caring and responsive the staff are, how much attention they give their patients, and how much they work to make them comfortable and provide an environment filled with activities and socialization. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns, providing me info to make decisions about her care. It is still not what we wish for her but I definitely feel that we have her in the best facility and with remarkable staff. That is very comforting for family who do not live close.

My mother has been a resident with crowned over 25 years she became a resident in 1998 she had a aneurysm to the brain so with that situation the aneurysm caused her not to have any brain waves that controls her limbs on her body so therefore she can't talk are walk but when I walk in her room her eyes just burst open with joy to see me...one thing I can surely say about crownes nursing home my mother been in this facility over 25 years and i can proudly say that my mother only had two bed sores and they are all on top of it they makes sure it doesn't spread they do the best that they can for my mother to make sure she's comfortable and i'am so satisfied with their service

My mother arrived at Crowne unable to sit up on her own after a major surgery. After 2 weeks of rehabilitation, she was able to sit up, walk and care for herself again. The staff was caring, encouraging, friendly and always welcoming. The facility was always clean and mother never complained of the food. Office staff is very informative.

For the last three years, the staff at Crowne has done an amazing job caring for my mother. I cannot speak highly enough about the nurses, CNAs, and other staff at Crowne. They are always there to answer questions and truly care about the patients who reside there.

I fell and got hurt real bad to my right shoulder, right leg, foot and heel and my left heel. I spent 3 weeks in a hospital and then got sent to Crowne Health Care of Mobile for Rehab. After 7 weeks of rehab I am now able to walk on both feet with a walker. I can get in and out of bed by myself. I am being sent home to now finish my rehab through Out Patient Rehab. My stay at Crowne Health Care of Mobile was nothing but excellent. My Physical Therapist, Nate, and my Occupational Therapist, Linda, was nothing but outstanding. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. My nurses and aides were outstanding. They were always checking on me and would do anything for me. I can’t remember all their names, but Jaunita was outstanding. I got 3 meals per day and the food was good. I hope that I have to never go through something like this again, but if I do I will come back to Crowne Health Care of Mobile and will recommend them to any one that needs rehab care. The quality of care here was outstanding. The staff here is outstanding. I personally want to thank everyone for the excellent service that I received during my stay.

My mother is a resident of Crowne Health of Mobile on the memory care unit. We are very happy with this facility. I am pleased with everyone we have worked with thus far! She is treated with respect and dignity. It's a clean and comfortable environment and mom loves the food! This was one of the best decisions we have made for our sweet mama.

My 97 year old mother has been a resident at Crowne Health Care of Mobile for several years now. She has gotten excellent care. I could not work at a nursing home on the best day, yet their staff has persevered through the pandemic. My sister and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for all of their employees.

My sister has been in this facility for over 30 years. She is bedridden and has never had a pressure sore. Her caregivers love her and work hard to keep her happy. She had a swallow issue and they put in a feeding tube. Her caregivers worked diligently to correct her swallow issue because she loves eating so much. She is eating again!

My mom was in Crowne for a year and a half before being able to return home. The staff was amazing. The other residents were a lot of fun to hang out with especially on bingo days.
