This place has had such a wonderful and caring atmosphere. I was greeted with such kindness the minute I walked into the door. There are always activities going on in all different areas of the community to keep the residents busy and having fun! The food is exceptional and the dietary needs of my mother are always met. We were made to feel welcome and special and she loves being there. The staff is always attentive and compassionate. A great place to live!

I am in a lot of communities like this each week and I judge a community based on how happy the residents are. There are many wonderful staff members at Timber Ridge. Unfortunately, there is still an issue with turnover. Consistency with Alzheimer’s patients is so important. It’s sadly disruptive and causes a sense of what will happen next?.
