Silverado is a wonderful place that takes pride in accessible and quality care. From my visits to this place, it's awesome that the staff place their hearts into such quality care. I love how they're involved in doing special events for the residents whether it be birthday parties or pajama day. Plus, the furry friends are always a treat to see! Silverado continues to amaze me with their services and I'm thankful a place like this exists!

I'm impressed that the Goal/mission at Silverado seems to be- to cater to the residents on the individual levels where they exist, understanding every resident is different. My loved one has been a resident appx. 4 yrs, I have never witnessed an unhappy caregiver.

My grandmother is currently still high functioning and will thrive off of activities so kudos to keeping residence active.

We had to make a very difficult decision in regards to my father and his advanced dementia. Thank goodness I was referred to Silverado/Beverly Place Memory Care. Every single staff member take care of my dad as if he were their Dad. The staff are so kind and attentive to my dad's care with emails and phone calls too. After hearing stories about different facilities, we are so grateful to have found the most amazing place to take care of our precious Dad. Thank you so much for your care, support, and love.

I have had my sister in law here for over two years in the memory care program. This is simply the very best facility for her - great oversight by skilled caregivers who are trained in memory care, great food, great incontinence care and a great medical team of 24.7 nurses. They are diligent in administering medications, making sure she gets haircut in the onsite salon, sending her necessary clothes out for dry cleaning if needed, and they have wonderful full program of engaging activities. She was in a different assisted living facility prior to Beverly Place and she went downhill fast, so that is why I got the recommendation to Beverly Place from her geriatric psychiatrist. The wonderful social services staff has helped me immensely, and the whole team, administration, nursing, caregiving, even the maintenance and food service are all so kind and keep Beverly Place very well run, clean, safe (it is a locked facility) and they even have valet parking for visitors!. Could not be happier - this is my sister in law's forever home now.

My Dad has been a member of the Beverly Place community for seventeen months. A community that is professional, well trained, loving, compassionate, joyful, engaging, and dedicated to the dignity that every person deserves. The staff exemplifies all the best practices in Memory Care. Jason, the Director, leads the way with knowledge, passion, and a joyful spirit that can be felt throughout the community. Maggie and Thomas, the Social Workers, bring a sense of calm and comfort to the residents and families. Stephanie, the Family Ambassador, guides the process with confidence and a ready smile. Juliana, the Activities Director, enriches the daily lives of residents (and families as well). Norman, the Chef, works to meet the nutritional needs of a varied community. Martin, a Caregiver, is there for my Dad every day. Each of those mentioned, and the many unnamed, are all part of a community that gives our family comfort in knowing our Dad is getting the best care possible!

This is a unique community with a special mission. The operation is designed to accommodate the needs of residents with different levels of cognitive impairments. Rather than blending them all together, they separate them by acuity and provide them with activities to offer the highest quality of life. Even with the great programs and mission, nothing happens without the incredible staff. From the moment you come in for your first tour with Stephanie, you understand what this community is all about. Stephanie makes it clear that everyone is there to serve the residents and fulfill the needs of the demographic residing there. Stephanie listens, asks questions to understand more and helps families eliminate some stress by guiding them through this often confusing transition. After the move, the rest of the team is also very supportive and professional. I feel very comfortable sharing this community with families in need of a caring, loving and understanding environment.

My mom has been a resident at Silverado Beverly Place for just over six months. What we loved from the moment we walked in is that the entire community is a memory care community. Everyone who works there, including the front desk staff, the kitchen staff, the laundry staff, the maintenance staff are all trained to work with residents with dementia. Every staff member has a smile and a kind word or a caring touch for the residents. Juliana and the programming/ activities staff are excellent, providing engagement for residents with all levels of dementia. Norman, the head chef, and the kitchen staff are kind and caring, always ready with a smile or a hug. The caregivers are often tasked with going above and beyond - they know how to lovingly work with each resident, whether that resident is having a good day or a challenging day. The on-staff social workers help both the residents and family members to work through challenging issues on a day to day basis. The nursing staff and LVN's are wonderful, very busy but never too busy to answer a question or chat about the health and well being of my mom. From the top down starting with Jason, the administrator, Silverado Beverly Place is a unique, caring environment. This isn't an easy job and I am grateful to everyone at Silverado Beverly Place for their hard work, caring and concern for my mom.

I can't say enough about the Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care Community. The philosophy that "Love is greater than fear", is evident in every aspect of care. Residents enjoy a wide variety of activities, entertainment, and services. Of particular note is the music therapy program which provides individual and group music therapy interventions for all residents. Music has a profound effect on individuals in this population, as musical memories are not lost to dementia. I applaud Silverado Beverly Place for their outstanding work in their field. This facility is amazing, and the staff is incredibly dedicated. They regularly stop and chat with the residents and are highly attentive to everyone's medical and emotional needs. The staff offer a huge variety activities and events for residents and their families to participate in, and genuinely want everyone in their care to live their best lives. The facility is clean, organized, and there are often children and dogs running around, which the residents love. A number of years ago, my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and when it came tome to place her in a home we made a choice and after a short time realized it was not the right place for her. We made the switch to Silverado we never looked back. The staff is young and enthusiastic, there are plenty of activities and the atmosphere is very upbeat. Visitors are welcomed. Our friends who visit always state how well staffed the place is. I have no hesitation in recommending Silverado to anyone, and have done so on many occasions. It's a tough job dealing with Alzheimer's but Silverado deals with it in the best way possible.

We are so happy we found a home for my family member . They treat him like a rock star and love him as one of their own. We sleep well knowing he is being well taken care of and we are able to visit and check on him 24/7. The open door policy, inclusion, activities and transparency make Bevery Place the model for the future of memory loss centers! Looking forward to another year of awsome activities that includes the entire family! Of course we love the menus that go with the activities, but we espeially love that the family is encouraged to participate! Senior Prom, Luau Night, Live musicians, Octoberfest, Sundae Sundays, Movie Nights(& popcorn), Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc are just a few we have enjoyed and look forward to every month at Beverly Place our home away from home. This Silverado is a wonderful place that is always filled with a multitude of activities, events, and performances. The residents are always engaged and individually cared for all throughout the day and night. It's a very welcoming environment the moment you drop your car off at the valet and walk in side. At Silverado Beverly Place birthdays are celebrated, children are visiting, and various pets are comforting residents.
