That place is not fit for an animal. I wouldn’t allow any of your loved ones to live there.

It will be a bad decision to allow any of your loved ones or family to stay at this facility. The staff and the living additions are suitable. The AC doesn’t work in. The food is from Gordon’s food service. There’s no type of dietitian OnStaff the food is processed. There were signs of bedbugs, roaches, and mice.

Please don’t send anyone you know there there was abuse complaints bed bugs patients escaping the facility poor living conditions the central AC doesn’t work all the time mice in the facility poor internet service that the patients aren’t allowed to have the code

Under new ownership and management my family member i is thriving and I couldn’t ask for better people working there. They have done a lot of work and cleaned this place up. Isabelle and Jay are both great people. If you want someone loving to take care of your family member bring them here.

pleases do not send your love ones there this is new web site for that bad company they are not who they say they are they just got token over there license was token only 2c buildings are open its only 8 people in the birch building its bad please go get your love ones from there I'm a living witness it's not a smooth place to put someone you care about in they are very bad there them poor people don't get the care they need at all and working there suck the employees don't know what they are doing [name removed] sucks as a person and so does [name removed] that's the new owner please don't send no one there for nothing it need to be shut down like asap!

I was sent here in 1998 and Sydney Weaver and Mrs Balinda Carter were my staff. I thank GOD for them!!!! I learned a lot and now at the age of 40 I want to work there to change someone's life like they did for me.

I've been working here for over a year and I love it. As the Life Enrichment Director, my focus is the residents and their happiness. The management team as a whole is resident care focused and we focus on having a positive environment for residents, staff, and resident families. There is continuing education to keep staff trained.
