This is a really clean community. They give excellent care. It's a loving environment not only have I worked there but my grandma was taken very good care of at the Hyde Park community which is why I wanted to work there. All places are not created equal. I would highly recommend them with your loved ones care. As far as the negative reviews it appears they are staff that have been let go or never worked there before. They do set a high standard for their staff and what more can you ask for when it comes to the quality care of your loved one.

I took my wife to Hyde Park assissted living on 9/9/22 for end of life hospice care. The staff is truly amazing with their level of care for her with love, compassion and dignity. At the worst time in our life, they made my wife's translon as comfortable and pain free as possible. We were allowed 24/7 access, our son stayed the entire time to be with his mother. Our dog, Ruby, was allowed, which made my wife more comfortable knowing all her family was with her. They even fed us.
