Wonderful facility with long time, caring staff. This spoke volumes to me because this can be a difficult industry to have consistent staff. Apartments are lovely and the food is very healthy and good. They follow the Mediterranean diet. The staff treats all their residents like family. There is a beautiful courtyard out back and in the summer months they host weekly concerts and always have lots of other activities for residents to participate in. I Highly recommend if you are looking to transition to assisted living.

I can not say enough good things about Heights Crossing! My Grandfather went to Heights after my Grandmother passed. At first I felt compelled to visit more than usual because I was concerned that my Papa would be bored or homesick. After a few visits I met a new version of my Papa, he was smiling, playing cards with friends, eating in the first class dining room, and his only wish was my Grandmother to have been able to enjoy being able to experience the balance of being helped but still independent. Years later and I still visit Heights. Peter and Annette along with Top Chef Braz and assistant Clyde donated food for my sons football banquet with Heights blessing. The Tigers community is so eternally grateful! Thank you so much!

Heights Crossing Assisted Living has been a godsend for my mom and our family!! The staff is amazing and on top of everything!! We checked out several facilities and this one is above all the rest!! Peter, the executive director is very accessible as well as the entire STAFF!!!!! We have met so many elderly people and have become great friends. My sister and I try to spend Friday and Saturday playing Bingo, Left Center Right, listening to great singers, making s'mores out on the Patio with Deb, Ashley and Jean!! On the first day my mom met a WONDERFUL MAN in the Dining Room and he said "this is now your family"

Close to three years ago my father became a resident of Heights Crossing Assisted Living and he is very happy there. It was not a random placement but an informed decision- if he ever needed a supportive environment this would be the place. After all, he was playing cards every week with a couple who was living there. He saw firsthand the respect, compassion, professionalism and noticed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. That is just what he wanted and just what he got. My Dad enjoys a variety of daily activity options and all of the entertainment and events that are brought in. He is definitely more social there than he had been in years. We highly recommend checking out Heights Crossing along with sampling their delicious food. Dad thinks it is better than home!

My parents moved into Heights Crossing Assisted Living mid June. The Director of Community Relations, Kathleen Lynch, and her support staff did a fantastic job getting my parents evaluated and paperwork signed as well as helping us coordinate setting up in their room very efficiently. They were sensitive to the emotions both my parents and their children had in making this big change and walked us through the process. The staff has been welcoming and made my parents feel "at home". There are a lot of daily activities and the food in the dining room is excellent. I have eaten several meals with my parents and the food if fresh and nicely presented. There is live music at least once a week. The facility is clean and inviting. When checking out Assisted Living facilities, Heights stood out as the perfect next "home" for my parents and I am pleased to be a part of the community.

I highly recommend this facility for people who have Alzheimer's. My grandmother visited this place in 2013-2014 and she refused lunch there. My family was looking for care options for her because she had Alzheimer's. I like looking at the facilities online. The best part of the memory care unit is the structured activities. Bingo, Target Toss, art, Singalongs and other activities are done in the memory care unit. I think the Singalongs are fun because the people with Alzheimer's will most likely remember the lyrics to the Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin songs. The Singalongs are at various times a day. I love many of Frank Sinatra's and Dean Martin's songs. The one thing that I would donate for the memory care unit is lots of baby clothes. Years ago, there was a resident who liked to fold baby clothes and this was around the time my grandmother visited the memory care unit. Unfortunately, the woman who folded the baby clothes passed away. I would like to donate baby clothes because a lot of women with Alzheimer's had children and folding baby clothes made the women reminisce of raising young children and babies. The assisted living section has multiple activities including computer use and games. The games are played in the Card Room. The facilities are very clean and there are different outings for the residents in both the memory care section and the assisted living section. I know the facility is beautiful. The memory care unit is locked. Family members will have to get the access code when their loved one with Alzheimer's moves in. The people answering the phone are very nice and they told me that bingo is an activity they do at night often. I called Heights Crossing about bingo and they took their time to tell me that bingo was that night. I love the rooms in the Assisted Living side. One is the Card Room. I love the layout of the Card Room. If I need Alzheimer's care or assisted living in the future, this place is for me. The reason why I will look into Heights Crossing is the various types of activities and that the Singalongs are very popular with residents. I love singing along to music and the Singalongs will be perfect for me in the future. I love doing things in groups and I would make friends with other residents. There are two floorplans. I love the memory care program because they also do trivia activities and supervised outings. The Compass Memory Support program is well run and I recommend it to family members of people in the Brockton area with Alzheimer's. I love how people can join the residents for lunch if they are on a tour. Assisted living is not like a nursing home because it is less medical and people maintain their independence. There is a salon on site. The lobby is gorgeous!

There could be no assisted living facility that has a staff that cares more about their residents than Heights Crossing. This has always been the case, but became ever more apparent during these challenging COVID-19 days. The love, the care, the concern and dedication of the staff and management is extraordinary. Our mom knows how lucky she is to be a resident at this special place. We, her children, are so grateful.
