Administration is NON responsive. I've requested information in the mail about my mother's stay on at least 2 occasions (I have POA) and have not received a single promised document. This is negligent behavior on Brandywine's part and has given rise to my mother, at 92 years old, being in a heightened state of anxiety. It is callous and totally unacceptable behavior to keep her in the dark about concerns she has that have a direct bearing on her quality of life/living situation. Also, she is often prescribed medications for acute conditions and has to suffer, generally for about 24 hours (longer if it's over the weekend) until the pharmacy/nursing can get them to her. This type of care SHOULD NOT be tolerated!!

It's hard to believe it's been almost two years since Mom and Dad moved to Brandywine. Their needs are very different from each other... Dad requires a lot of assistance and memory care services, while Mom needs fewer services and more socialization. The caring, kind, talented, creative, energetic staff find so many ways to meet their differing needs in a warm environment that has truly become a home and community for my parents, not just a place to live. Dad receives lots of care and support from an amazing team. Mom is living her best life, making friends and participating in a gazillion activities... it's like she's at summer camp! I have a great level of trust in the Brandywine team and can sleep at night, knowing that my parents are safe and secure, and well-cared for.

My mom, who is 98, has been a resident for almost three years. Both of my parents have required assistance in their later years and I have had a lot of experience comparing facilities both in South Jersey and the Philadelphia area. Brandywine deserves its awards for excellence. The staff is responsive to my mom's needs. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. The nursing care is exceptional. I am most appreciative of the care they have given my mom.

I have meet with Trevon Rainey of Brandywine Voorhees NJ. Several times in the last week. Answered all my questions and concerns. Trying very hard to make it happen for my mother. Time will tell on that situation. But as far as Trevon , friendly full of information. And a real asset to the brandwine community.

I posted the review below 3 years ago. Since that time, my mom passed away from Alzheimer's, and I can't thank the kind people of Brandywine enough for the compassion and respect they showed to her at the end, and for the support they gave our family. My father, now 95 has required additional services, and once again Brandywine has stepped up to make sure he gets whatever he needs. The personalized care, the way everyone involved makes you feel like you're their family, is what has made the most difference to me through difficult challenges. I have always felt like we have gone through the challenges together. Special recognition must go to the nursing directors Desiree and Nurteen and their staff. These are angels on earth and will always be part of my family. In addition, I have been so impressed with the energy invested to provide varied opportunities for entertainment and education for residents: speakers, musicians, parties, games crafts, etc. And Ashley and her incredible staff include families and address individual family needs regarding activities. Once again, with a personal touch. The efficiency and compassion of Karen, Courtney and the other concierges and care managers and the dependability and kindness of Thomas the chauffeur all contribute to my dad's quality of life and my peace of mind. I can recommend Brandywine at Voorhees to anyone needing their services without reservation. 3 years ago: My parents have lived at Brandywine Voorhees for one year, my dad in general assisted living and my mom in memory care. From the beginning I found everyone involved in their care to be compassionate, open, and willing to solve problems as they arise. My parents were treated with respect to their individual needs and wants, and we the family were included at every step. But just a few months later came the corona virus, which presented unimaginable challenges to all such facilities. I cannot say enough about the heroic efforts made by the entire staff to keep my parents healthy and living the highest quality of life possible during this pandemic. I truly cannot imagine what would have happened had we not found Brandywine when we did and recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I could not possibly be happier with Brandywine Living in Voorhees. We moved mom into the facility today. Literally a red carpet music AND the staff was there to greet her with applause! Mom struggles with English now as she gets older so the staff took the time to introduce mom to multiple staff members who are fluent Spanish speakers! Mom was so happy as were we. Trevon Rainey was our POC and he could not have been more attentive and helpful. Just amazing. Highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

My wife and I moved my mother there in September, 2020. The experience has been excellent from the time we decided that Brandywine at Voorhees was the best place for her. Brandywine is a beautiful facility with excellent staff who really care about the residents. Too many names to mention but my interaction with the executive staff through nursing care has been extremely positive. In fact, we like Brandywine so much, we recently moved my in-laws there. They too are very pleased with the quality of care. My wife and I highly recommend Brandywine to anyone considering assisted living for their loved ones.

We have been extremely happy with the staff and services for our Mom in Reflections. She has acclimated quite easily and so many of the staff feel like family to us. Mom has been in the Reflections unit for over 9 months. At 100 with some dementia, memory care in Reflections was the exact right place for her. The staff make sure she is safe and happy. They attend to her better than we could and she is made to feel special.

Our mother moved to Brandywine initially into the Assisted Living community. She had moved from another Assisted Living community, and we found the staff and residents so kind and welcoming. She then had to transition to their Reflections Unit and they were able to accommodate her and her needs in a very short period of time taking the stress out of a very stressful situation, for which we're eternally grateful! She receives the very best of care from every individual there, the nursing staff and caregivers are exceptional, and you're always greeted with kindness from the moment you walk in the front door. We are at peace knowing our mother is safe and so well taken care of.

My mom moved to Brandywine in Voorhees Dec 2022. She lives in Reflections, which is their Memory Care department. Our first contact at Brandywine was with Rachel Rivera-Fritz, who took us on a tour, listened to our needs and explained how everything would work once she moved in. Brandywine did not disappoint and all that Rachel said has proven true. From the skilled nursing staff, to the compassionate Care Managers, Mom gets the care and understanding that is needed for her at this stage of her life. Plus, they have activities, live music and PT/OT if needed. I feel that Brandywine hires top notch, skilled, caring employees from the start. Id love to mention by name all the kind and caring people who work with mom, but there are too many to name and I don't want to leave anyone out! I must say that I highly recommend this facility to anyone who may be considering an assisted living for their loved one!

We are very happy with Brandywine. My mom moved in about six months ago and she felt very welcomed by the staff and the other residents. Cori took us for a tour, and we were extremely impressed with the facility and all the amenities. The facility in Voorhees is clearly first class. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, the food is excellent and there is a variety of entertainment and activities for my mom to enjoy. They have licensed nurses 24 hour a day and medication management available, which certainly provides peace of mind for family members. We highly recommend Brandywine Living at Voorhees.

He is not in need of the assistant living care offered at this time but we all realize that the time will come when he will and we are very happy he is settled while he is still able rather than waiting to the last moment.

My sister, Dr. Nickole Scott Conerly, has been a resident of the Reflections unit sense August, 2018. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of bringing here to this area from Washington, DC. In addition to being responsive to her needs, they provided me with group sessions to help me deal with the realities of my sister's condition. I have developed a personal relationship with the staff members who provide for her care, such that we feel free to communicate with each other about Nickole's needs. My sister is happy with the care that she has received and the programs and special activities at Brandywine, especially the sing alongs, which have been shared with the family via video. I am very pleased with the quality of personalized service she has received at Brandywine Living at Voorhees.

When mom's Alzheimer's progressed to a point where she needed to move out of her home, our family interviewed many highly recommended places. Without a doubt, choosing Reflections at Brandywine Living in Voorhees was the best decision our family could have made. Mom is happy, well cared for and safe...all due to the fact each employee at Brandywine treats all residents with care and concern. Their communication and positive attitude contributes to our ease with not seeing her during Covid. We were able to move her in with many of her things from her home, too, making the adjustment to her new surroundings comfortable.
