I would like to thank all The Hermitage staff for the loving care you gave my father. Prior to The Hermitage, I had some experience with other assisted living facilities in caring for my mother-in-law. Your facility, by far, exceeded all my expectations. From my perspective, it felt like he was the only resident in your facility. Not only did you provide amazing care for him, you provided outstanding support to me through your frequent communication. When my dad reached the point when it was clear that he needed to be in an assisted living facility the decision was still difficult. Thanks to you, I will always be able to reflect at what a blessing it was for him to be at The Hermitage. I am forever grateful!
