Railside offers respite care and my grandfather stayed at Railside a few times for a few days each time. Staff and Management were always friendly toward him and his room was always clean. My grandfather always enjoyed staying at Railside. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions to ensure his stay was a good choice for all of us. My grandfather enjoyed the activities offered and always raved about the meals.

Railside is a clean building that is smell free. Two things I always look at when I go into a home is what is the aroma in the air and what do the carpets and walls look like. I have been very impressed with the community. Everyone in Byron Center knows Railside, either someone who works there, has lived there, or knows the Admin. The community has an unheard of longevity within their team with many employees being there for 10-20 years.

I'm rather impressed with Railside. I have been in other facilities before, and this is the best one I have seen as of yet. The property is well taken care of, the staff is attentive and caring, and the residents really seem to enjoy the atmosphere!

Railside was a great place to work during my nursing school endeavor. It gave me so many opportunities to expand my knowledge while passing medication and help understand/practice patient care. Throughout the years the staff has been great with working around my school schedule and being flexible with life events that just happen!

the staff is always so friendly and the building is always very clean. they put on fun parties to bring the familys together. and they post all the time with fun pictures of activitys they have been doing. i really enjoy coming in for their mens breakfest and bond over a goodcup of coffee. great place in my eyes.
