From the first time we visited Queenstown Landing, we knew it was the right place for my mom. It is a beautiful facility that is warm and inviting as soon as you walk in. And the staff are amazing! They worked quickly to get her into respite care, and everyone we have worked with have been kind, patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming to both my mom and our family that come to visit her. No matter when I visit, I always see staff members throughout the building, and every single person takes time to say hello, and if they have recently seen my mom they will provide updates on how she's doing. I can't say enough about the staff - from the person staffing the front desk, to the dining room staff, nurses and medical staff, and up to the director of Queenstown Landing -- they are all approachable and helpful, and have made my mom very comfortable in her "new temporary home".

We could not be more thrilled with Queenstown Landing! The property is beautiful, the location is amazing- especially with an ER and Dr's offices directly across the street and the social events are great. What truly sets Queenstown apart, however, is the staff! Every single staff member is so kind and approachable and takes time to get to know each resident so well. They are always accessible- walking down the hallways, at the front desk when you walk in and communication about my father's care has just been wonderful. The medical staff's attention to detail is amazing and I feel like he is so well cared for here. I truly look forward to visiting him and leave with a great feeling every time I go. I can not say enough good things about our experience at Queenstown landing so far!

My mother has been a resident at Queenstown Landing for a year and a half. She has Parkinson's and is in a wheelchair, but does not feel limited or restricted at Queenstown. I cannot say enough about the care she has received there. It truly feels like she is part of a family community. The staff treats her with kindness, patience, and dignity. After a brief hospital stay, my mom returned and said "It is so good to be home." Need I say more? She has many activities to choose from daily, which are great for her physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The meals are delicious and offer many choices. We consider Queenstown a blessing to my mom and our family.

Care, Compassion, Courage, Commitment, Competence and Communication...words that come to mind when I think of Queenstown Landing. Both my parents reside in Memory Care. After several bumps in the road at another facility, I was grateful to discover Queenstown Landing. They focus on the individuality of each of my parents/residents, learning what brings them energy and life, considering of their past & present. The staff is incredible!! Administration, Reception, Dietary, Housekeeping, Nursing...I am sure I forgot someone...they are devoted, hardworking, caring and compassionate. WELCOMING AND KIND, they have become FAMILY! Providing a new joy of life by giving my parents/residents purpose, freedom & dignity in a safe environment. Live music, visiting animals, special events, and fieldtrips are just to name a few fun activities. AWESOME PEOPLE ~ AWESOME PLACE!!!

My experience for my wife's parents was excellent. The staff from the Director of Operations to the cleaning staff were always professional, cheerful, polite, and very competent of their assigned roles at this facility. The rooms are great, dining area very spacious and accommodating, ample gathering lounge areas for daily social interaction, and a very impressive addition to the building. My wife were very pleased with ALL phases of this operation!

My wife, Peggy and I came here in November 2021, reluctantly leaving our home on Swan Creek. What we found was a welcoming refuge that offered intimacy, warmth and care beyond what we ever expected. After a long illness and valiant battle, my wife passed away in March. That traumatic experience was met with deep understanding and compassion by the staff here. I don't think I could have survived but for the love and kindness I received at Queenstown Landing. It is with mixed feelings and considerable reluctance that I depart what has been a loving home for me so that I can be closer to the place where my son resides. Queenstown Landing is exactly what Queen Anne's County needed! I have heard nothing but wonderful things about this community so far and I am sure they will keep up the great work. Took a tour of this new facility in QAC. Staff were compassionate to residents and families. Excellent customer service. Residents safety is their first priority. Love the friendly caring atmosphere. I highly recommend this community to all.

A facility can be structurally impressive and Queenstown Landing is, but it's the people who make the facility a home. From the director, who has a smile and kind word for all, to each and every staff member, the feeling of inclusiveness is reassuring to family members who are looking for support and guidance. 5 stars isn't even enough for how outstanding Queenstown Landing is. As soon as you walk in you feel like you're home. The building is absolutely gorgeous with thoughtful touches to meet the needs of every resident, the staff always has a smile on their faces and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well cared for. The open sun filled rooms, the convenient location, the desire to make the residents feel happy, engaged, and loved are just some of the reasons why having my grandmother here is a blessing! I highly recommend Queenstown Landing to anyone who is looking for a top notch senior community.

The assisted living is wonderful, just like living in a hotel on vacation. The staff are extremely professional and very helpful. The food is first class, lots of activities each and every day and everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Their attention to keeping residents safe and healthy is second to none. My Dad really enjoyed his time there.

Queenstown Landing is beautiful. I toured recently considering options for my parents and it really is a special place. The building is great with lots of amenities, the apartments bright and roomy and the staff is truly special. Next visit will include Mom & Dad!

Queenstown Landing is a beautiful Assisted Living Community. But more importantly, they have a compassionate team to care for our loved ones, that they refer to as their "families" . My Dad has only been there a few days but already enjoys it. He said "this is like a cruise ship or fancy hotel". I was so impressed with the staff. They have all made my Dad feel welcome. Amazingly the staff members were trained to use whiteboards to communicate with dad who is deaf. They take special interest in each resident to learn their interests and life story. Queenstown Landing is full of sunlight, with a dining room that will serve like a restaurant, and outstanding meals prepared by chef, Steve. The apartments are spacious, with lots of cabinets and a large ADA equipped bathroom. We were able to decorate it to look like "home". My Dad is especially excited about all the Activities, and plans to help Kirstie get all the residents involved. He even donated his own corn hole boards. Once it is warm enough, there is a big screened porch, walking paths and an outdoor space with a grill and fire pit for events. This place is "home away from home". I know my Dad will be very happy here.

I cant even begin to explain all the reasons i give Queenstown Landing 5 stars. To name a few though the building is beautiful both inside and out. The level of care and compassion that each resident receives from staff surpasses any other facility around hands down in my humble opinion. The food is delicious and the activities calendar is full.

I LOVE working at Queenstown Landing. My coworkers and managers feel like family to me. My residents are amazing and so special. I learn something from them everyday. The food is amazing. I love fact we can get do fun activities with our residents as well.
