I am more than pleased to write this letter of gratitude and appreciation about the staff at Dresher Estates.Upon entering Dresher Estates I was instantly captivated by the well lit, modern, cheerful and homelike atmosphere. I was greeted by Robin with a professional yet warm and welcoming smile. My mother has been residing at Dresher Estates for nearly 6 months. I am more than satisfied with the level of care she receives.The quality of her life has improved drastically. She is always well groomed and appropriately dressed. Her personal space is neat and well maintained. Cierra Thompkins, who is the Memory Care Coordinator is in constant contact with me regarding my mother’s well being. She has proven to me to be dedicated, competent and dependable. She tends to be firm in her application of agency procedures and policies but is endowed with a sense of humor that lights up challenging situations. They are better at sales than care. Mom spent the entire night on the bathroom floor because her emergency pendant was not working. This is the second time this issue was brought to the attention of the staff. When they called to let me know that she fell I had the impression that it had just happened. They neglected to mention that she spent the entire night on the bathroom floor. The dinning was sold as a 7AM to 7PM restaurant style operation. It really does not operate that way, and the food has been hit or miss. Apparently staffing and supply have been an issue. The courtyard that was a selling point is not accessible and never used. The 24hr. Snack & coffee bar is a joke. The facility is nice, and on the smaller side. I think it has great potential, but they have issues. I'm sure I'll get the standard "sorry you feel that way please contact Brandywine management....

Wonderful professionals to work with. Although I am writing a review as an independent, my experience with Brandywine Dresher Estates has been on the professional level (Post Acute Liaison at Rydal Park and Waters). They are great to work with and very knowledgeable.

My dad lived at Dresher Estates for a little over a year before he passed away at age 94. The staff were wonderful to him, and I know they improved his quality of life immensely. Everyone from the receptionists to the operations staff had genuinely friendly relationships with him, and he with them. That's something that cannot be bought just with money. In particular, I want to recognize Pam, Melissa, Justine, April, Steve, and Larry for their help in making his last year so positive.

Our Dad has been living at Dresher Estates for over 1.5 years . Our mom passed away there last June and I can’t say enough kind things about them . They took such good care of her during that very difficult time for us all . I am forever grateful. Dad is safe, happy and loved - what more can you ask for . They are all so amazing Lori, Catherine, Ian, Rachael, Tracy, dads girls that care for him day and night - Heather , Michael, Marsha, and all the nurses and employees so many to name - especially during this extremely challenging time they have come through and always kept us posted and updated with everything- we truly are lucky °

Brandywine has provided truly loving, compassionate and quality care to my mother. I sleep well at night knowing she is receiving such good care. My mom is in the memory care unit where the staff are attentive to her every need while ensuring her safety. She has really made it home; the stability and consistency of activities and staff have made navigating the world a little easier for my mom. I can’t imagine a better place for her!!

My godmother was fortunate enough to live here for close to a decade. I have never seen such a caring group of individuals in my life. Staff in every department have gone way above and beyond job expectations to make her feel loved, and a part of the community. The catered to her food tastes, her personal needs, her interests and abilities. When she needed headbands, after surgery, various staff members purchased them and gifted them to her. The personal care aides would buy her little gifts, like chip clips, if they saw that she needed something. The staff from the escapades department took the time to take pictures of her at various activities, and email them to me. These small acts of kindness are the norm. This facility has a truly positive, respectful culture. I am filled with gratitude to them for ensuring that her final years were as good as they could be.

The idea of moving from her home and into an assisted living facility was a prospect our mother always dreaded. However when her health declined she acknowledged the necessity. After visiting several facilities we all agreed Brandywine seemed the best choice. My wife pointed out that Brandywine didn't have "that smell" as we walked in the hallways. Brandywine was willing to let us move Mom in on a trial basis for a few months, to test the fit. It's now been almost three years that Mom has lived there. The facility is just as clean and the staff just as friendly & accommodating as the first time we visited. With very few exceptions I've found their staff to be attentive & professional while caring for my mother. The few concerns we've had were always resolved quickly. I highly recommend the Brandywine in Dresher facility. David Chernow

Both of my 90+ year old parents have been residents of Brandywine Living at Dresher Estates since July, 2016. The transition was extremely easy. My parents were offered a 1 month respite trial. The decision to move permanently was made within 2 weeks. Some of my parents' quotes: "We are very happy here." "We are always busy." "There is so much to do here." "Rachel [Escapades Producer] is so wonderful!" "The nurses are so helpful." "Living here is very comfortable."

My aunt is having a wonderful experience at Brandywine Senior Living at Dresher Estates. She has been there for six years. When she first got there she wanted to go home. It didn't take long for her to call Dresher Estates her home. The staff has cared for her in every way, helping her feel safe, happy and healthy, she considers them all like friends and family. My aunt loves the food, the entertainment and the well planned activities. The facility is beautiful and kept immaculate. Dresher Estates is a wonderful place, she and I highly recommend it!
