My grandmother is currently here for rehab after a bad fall at home. Her stay has been so stress free and I can rest easy knowing she is getting the best care possible. I am so confident in the care provided that she is transitioning to stay at the assisted living at cypress pointe when she is done rehabbing. There are so many kind hearted passionate staff working here. You can tell they are all invested in the people they care for. I wouldn't have her go anywhere else!!

As a mobile x-ray tech, I visit many facilities and encounter multiple staff members a day. My visit at the Trilogy sites are usually some of the best but today was exceptional. The nurse and aide I encountered were some of the most pleasant and helpful people I have dealt with! I wish I remembered their names (I'm awful with names) but we could use more people like them in our health facilities!

I would like to tell you how much my Mom and I appreciated Stacy Beatty. She was always very kind and considerate to Mom She always had Mom's towels, wash clothes and night gowns stocked. Her room and bathroom was always clean. But most of all she was a friend to Mom. She always did little extra things that meant so much to Mom. Mom needs her back in her hall. Independent living at Cypress Point Health Campus is an awesome experience. Alyssa and Michelle are a "dynamic duo", creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing many activities and outside experiences. Our villas are cheerfully cleaned and maintained regularly. We are close to the library, grocery, Centennial Park and churches. No one living here should ever complain of nothing to do --there s ALWAYS something going on, if you choose to participate.

2025 Review: About a year ago, I rated Cypress Pointe Health Campus with 5 stars. I would like to add to that review and certainly wish I could award more than 5 stars! There's a reason Cypress Pointe Independent Living has been voted #1 out of the 130+ Health Campuses in the Trilogy Health Services Corporation, which offers Senior Living in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin, as well as Ohio. That reason is largely due to our Independent Living Lifestyle Director, Alyssa Woods, who goes above and beyond her responsibilities by getting to know each of us individually. Alyssa checks in with us on a regular basis and fulfills our specific needs to the best of her ability. She answers our questions, solves our cellphone and technology problems, and offers a variety of activities ranging from group exercise to social games; from educational craft classes to informational speakers; from booking talented entertainers to taking us on enjoyable outings. Always greeting us with a "Hellooo" and a big smile, Alyssa welcomes us warmly and makes each of us feel special. I can't end this review without also mentioning another important person we interact with on a daily basis, our Villa Housekeeper, Michelle Brush, who also exceeds our expectations by paying attention to detail, giving us special treats, helping us with our pets and flowers, and assisting with Clubhouse Activities. Michelle also enjoys teasing and joking with us, keeping us happy. Alyssa and Michelle make a very good team! Of course every staff member we've dealt with at Cypress Pointe is amazing and treats us with kindness and respect. We are truly living our best lives at Cypress Pointe! 2024 Review: My husband and I have lived in our Independent Living Villa since Oct 2020. We are extremely pleased with our experiences here. I live in independent living in a Villa. The activities offered are outstanding. Alyssa and Michelle are just superior staff members. The maintenance crew are prompt and very attentive. I have concern about the rising rental cost.

My grandmother is at the Legacy at Cypress Pointe (memory loss). She has been here about 5 years. The staff is amazing. No matter the shift or day, every single team member is amazing. Whether it is direct care for Grandma or for someone else, or group events- this staff is the most caring and professional. The ambiance of the facility is warm, welcoming, and very nicely created. Many spaces for visiting and dining with loved ones. There is also a clubhouse available. So nice for birthday and holiday celebrations. Plenty of parking. And secured entrances and exits. They also host regular events for residents and families of. Those are very nicely done and enjoyable. I most definitely would recommend to anyone in need of this specialized care. Everything is top notch.™™™

My sister has been in the Assisted Living area at Cypress Pointe Health Campus (Englewood, Ohio) for over two years. The inside and outside of the campus is always very clean. The staff is so nice and accommodating, not just to me, but to my sister as well, which is the most important. My sister is brought her morning and evening medications, alleviating the problem of "did I remember to take my pills?" And due to her dementia, a staff member reminds her on a daily basis when it's time to go to the dining room for her meals. On numerous occasions, I've eaten with her and can personally attest to the very good tasty food served to the residents. By no means does it taste like "yucky nursing home food". There are daily activities for the residents, outings on the Cypress bus, special themed events, nice outdoor courtyards, and my personal favorite... a weekly Friday afternoon "happy hour" with beverages, snacks and music that I'm always welcome to attend with her. I truly am happy that after touring several places, my niece and nephews chose Cypress Pointe for my sister. It's a very nice place with a very nice staff.

Living in the independent Villas is a lifestyle, not just a place to live. We have community with other residents and a rich, active social life at the clubhouse. All inclusive monthly rate. The only bill is cell phone. Caring staff always attentive to our needs and requests. Proud Villa resident since 2020.

My wife was a patient here nearly a year ago. As far as care goes, they were excellent. The care team was warm and friendly. I take two stars away because their billing department really screwed up the process with insurance. I mean royally. This left us with a $6000+ bill to pay that insurance said would have been covered had the billing been done right. I was on a three-way call when my insurance company called them and whoever was on the phone even got nasty with my insurance company. So, for care, I highly recommend but you may want to steer clear because they may mess your billing up too.

Cyprus Pointe is amazing and what makes it so? The staff!! Everyone that has helped our daughter has made this the best possible choice for her care and improvement. From Jessica during admission, to Amy in the business office, and especially the team at 300. Any time we are concerned or have questions, we can talk to Melena and Tosha and they take the time to make sure our daughter is taken care of and happy. Thank you everyone - what a team!!
