My sister has been in the Assisted Living area at Cypress Pointe Health Campus (Englewood, Ohio) for over two years. The inside and outside of the campus is always very clean. The staff is so nice and accommodating, not just to me, but to my sister as well, which is the most important. My sister is brought her morning and evening medications, alleviating the problem of "did I remember to take my pills?" And due to her dementia, a staff member reminds her on a daily basis when it's time to go to the dining room for her meals. On numerous occasions, I've eaten with her and can personally attest to the very good tasty food served to the residents. By no means does it taste like "yucky nursing home food". There are daily activities for the residents, outings on the Cypress bus, special themed events, nice outdoor courtyards, and my personal favorite... a weekly Friday afternoon "happy hour" with beverages, snacks and music that I'm always welcome to attend with her. I truly am happy that after touring several places, my niece and nephews chose Cypress Pointe for my sister. It's a very nice place with a very nice staff.

Living in the independent Villas is a lifestyle, not just a place to live. We have community with other residents and a rich, active social life at the clubhouse. All inclusive monthly rate. The only bill is cell phone. Caring staff always attentive to our needs and requests. Proud Villa resident since 2020.

My husband and I have lived in our Independent Living Villa since Oct 2020. We are extremely pleased with our experiences here. The staff of Cypress Pointe have met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Life just keeps getting better and better!

My wife was a patient here nearly a year ago. As far as care goes, they were excellent. The care team was warm and friendly. I take two stars away because their billing department really screwed up the process with insurance. I mean royally. This left us with a $6000+ bill to pay that insurance said would have been covered had the billing been done right. I was on a three-way call when my insurance company called them and whoever was on the phone even got nasty with my insurance company. So, for care, I highly recommend but you may want to steer clear because they may mess your billing up too.

Wonderful and welcoming place to work for nurses. I love working here because there is always room for growth and room to learn for my team and myself For living it's a beautiful campus with tons of amenities and warm friendly staff. If your in doubt, I would recommend setting up a tour and stopping out.

I have worked here for over 7 years and absolutely love the campus! They say you don't work a day in your life when you love what you do. This is a great place if you're looking for growth opportunities and a friendly environment with a great team! This is also one the best places if you're looking for Senior Living for a loved one!

Cyprus Pointe is amazing and what makes it so? The staff!! Everyone that has helped our daughter has made this the best possible choice for her care and improvement. From Jessica during admission, to Amy in the business office, and especially the team at 300. Any time we are concerned or have questions, we can talk to Melena and Tosha and they take the time to make sure our daughter is taken care of and happy. Thank you everyone - what a team!!

I have been fortunate to be associated with this Campus as Medical Director for the past few months. What a great place to be! The staff genuinely cares about the residents and the facility is top notch! The legacy building is a great feature for their memory care patients as it is a complete free standing building, not just a wing, so patients have a wonderful and safe home environment to reside in.
