Review of Bethany Retirement Community I want to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful team at Bethany Retirement Community. My mother, Janice Parsons, is 84 years old and needed to move from assisted living into a higher level of care due to mobility challenges. The transition was difficult, especially since I don’t live in the Fargo Metro area, and I rely heavily on communication from the staff. From the very beginning, the caregivers at Bethany have been amazing. Every time I visit and spend the day with my mom, I see firsthand how genuinely they care for her. They are kind, patient, and take the time to connect with her—whether she’s being her fun, silly self or having a more challenging day. Even when she’s not at her best, the staff always handle her with compassion and understanding, and they reassure me that she soon returns to her usual self. I wish I knew the names of all the staff members who care for her, but I want to give a special thanks to Lindsay and Casey, whom I regularly hear from and work with. Their kindness, communication, and dedication mean so much to both my mother and me. I am so grateful for the peace of mind Bethany provides and for the loving care they show my mom every day. They truly go above and beyond for both residents and their families. Bethany is an amazing place. Such kind sweet people. Caregivers are always smiling, patient and kind and everyone is so helpful! Beautiful rooms and buildings and outdoor areas. If there was anything that could make them even better it would be to communicate between departments. Information sometimes doesn't get to the person who needs to know. That said there's no place we'd rather have our loved one than there! Thank you for being there!

The staff is very friendly and caring. I have made a lot of good friends being a volunteer and resident. Bethany is a clean, friendly environment, with lots of nice people and overall the care of residents and their well being is top priority. Needs of the residents are well taken care of in a timely matter.. lots of fun activities including outings, movies, live music, food events and various socials. Glad to be at Bethany, and being well taken care by CNA's who know me pretty well.. I have been volunteering for 24 years and have decided to choose Bethany as my place to live due to many people I have grown to know and enjoy being around.

My brother was in Bethany TCU on University. I can not say enough about the staff. Everyone is friendly, so helpful and made my brother comfortable during a very hard time in his life. Whenever I had a question, if they didn't know the answer they would certainly find out. Always got back to us. From admission to discharge they were great. We smile when we think about them all. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience my dad has had at Bethany Rehab on University Drive. We were so apprehensive realizing he would be leaving the hospital and moving to a skilled/rehab location. My dad has made fantastic progress under the care of the staff here. The room setting is great, the food is wonderful, but most impressive are the people working here. Every person in every position has been professional, helpful, and kind. I really couldn't recommend a better location for these types of needs. 100% we are thankful we landed at this location!

Working at Bethany has been the most rewarding job. Going from CNA, to nurse, to nurse manager at this company has been eye opening, and confirms I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Our staff make the greatest efforts to care for our residents and it shows 🙂 grateful to be here!
