Our family cannot thank the team at Bethany on University enough for the outstanding care they gave our mom after her hospital stay. From the moment she arrived, we felt completely confident that she was in the best possible hands. The entire staff, including the RNs, LPNs, aides, physical and occupational therapists, and the dietary team, went above and beyond. We want to give a special shout-out to Jon, Anna Lynn, Roxanne, Yulia, and Jamie for their incredible support. We also want to apologize to anyone we didn't name individually, because honestly, every single person we encountered was wonderful. There truly wasn't a single disappointing interaction. Every time we visited, the staff was engaging, encouraging, helpful, and deeply empathetic to both our mom and our entire family. They didn't just do their jobs; they truly cared. We give them our absolute highest review and are so grateful for everything they did to help our mom recover!

My husband has been in Bethany on University for continued rehab after a stroke. We were warmly welcomed by Jamie and his dog Walter. The nursing staff is outstanding! They are kind, caring and go the extra mile to make him comfortable. The bed, linens, and pillows are great. The chairs are also very comfortable. The food is very good according to my husband who has had a poor appetite. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the facility clean. The laundry staff provide a much needed service and do a nice job.

Our family is so grateful for the outstanding short-term care our Mom, Carol, received at Bethany Retirement Living. The physical and occupational therapy professionals were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and encouraging. Thanks to their dedication and tailored therapy plan, Mom has regained strength and mobility and comments often about how much stronger she feels after receiving care at Bethany. The environment was clean, comfortable, and the entire team worked diligently to make her rehabilitation process, a smooth one. The nurses, front desk and cleaning staff, and CNAs were absolutely wonderful, treating Mom with genuine dignity, patience, and compassion. The social work and nursing staff were highly communicative, always keeping family members in the loop, regarding Mom’s health and progress. Knowing she was in such caring, capable hands, gave our family peace of mind. A HUGE thank-you to the entire team at Bethany, including the ever-present and compassionate Jamie and Walter, the caring canine, who captured our hearts from the very first day! Staff went out of their way to make Mom feel comfortable, being cognizant of her goal of getting back home, which she did, with their steady, daily help. The facility was always clean and welcoming. We highly recommend this care facility to anyone seeking quality care.

My mom spent three weeks on the South University 2nd Floor Rehab unit. From the moment of admission with Jamie and his sidekick the adorable Walter, followed by nursing and CNAs Katelyn, Chenoa, Wil, others, Tom DPT, Colton OT, Mallory and other therapists, the staff were warm, engaging, kind and competent. They all communicated well with my mom and our family. The food was excellent. My mom and our family would highly recommend the experience to anyone in need.

My 96 year old mom came to Bethany Rehab after knee surgery. We were met at the door by Jamie and Walter (the bestest boy-Golden Retriever/St Bernard/gentle giant). I knew then that we were in the right place. Mom was a resident for almost a month. Caregivers, from the cleaning staff all the way to medical staff, were all kind and caring. Vel, the nurse we had the most contact with, was always smiling and attentive to all mom's needs. Mom had access to various activities each day. She enjoyed the Church services and the birds. She got a great haircut and style at the salon. We would definitely recommend Bethany on University!

I am here at the rehab facility until I have surgery in March. From my first visit with a representative to right now, it’s been a wonderful experience. I deal with a lot of pain and am unable to walk because of it. The staff, the food, the rehab facility, and all else I’ve experienced here has been five star and nothing less. I am writing for my 96 year old mother who spent time in the Bethany TCU. She had amazing care from very attentive, empathetic staff. Her room was pleasing, comfortable, and well tended. She felt safe, and that the staff genuinely cared about her and her well being. There was not a single episode of her pushing a call button and then having to wait a long time before someone would come to her room. When she was discharged, a number of staff came to her room to give her a hug and wish her well. A bonus was visits from Walter (a wonderful, gentle, huge Saint Bernard/Poodle cross). I highly recommend this Bethany TCU without hesitation.

Review of Bethany Retirement Community I want to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful team at Bethany Retirement Community. My mother, Janice Parsons, is 84 years old and needed to move from assisted living into a higher level of care due to mobility challenges. The transition was difficult, especially since I don’t live in the Fargo Metro area, and I rely heavily on communication from the staff. From the very beginning, the caregivers at Bethany have been amazing. Every time I visit and spend the day with my mom, I see firsthand how genuinely they care for her. They are kind, patient, and take the time to connect with her—whether she’s being her fun, silly self or having a more challenging day. Even when she’s not at her best, the staff always handle her with compassion and understanding, and they reassure me that she soon returns to her usual self. I wish I knew the names of all the staff members who care for her, but I want to give a special thanks to Lindsay and Casey, whom I regularly hear from and work with. Their kindness, communication, and dedication mean so much to both my mother and me. I am so grateful for the peace of mind Bethany provides and for the loving care they show my mom every day. They truly go above and beyond for both residents and their families. My wife entered Bethany Rehab Suites following a week stay in the hospital. She has been here nearly two weeks and has made significant progress with regards to her strength. We have been very pleased with the facility and all the nurses, CNAs and therapists involved in caring for her. They are all very competent, friendly and willing to help. My husband has been here for rehab. My husband is on 2nd floor. The staff is amazing. Jamie brings Walter to visit and he makes us smile he is a great friendly dog. The CNA's nurses and all the staff is amazing, helpful, always have a smile and very professional. They are great and have to many to name. When I call during the night that my husband blood sugar is low, they go check him right away. I have some of the nurse thank me for this and other things i have mention. The PT and OT are also excellent. they have him do the most he can to get him ready to go home. Thanks to the awesome 2nd floor rehab and physical therapy. Rose Noesen

Even though he was only there 4 months you became his second family. Thank you for making sure he was clean and wearing nice clothes.
