Great place to work! I love how the staff care for the residents like their own family members. I have had 3 of my own family members here. Everyone has done a wonderful job during Covid and moving forward. Kudos to the staff for being exceptional!

Skaalen has it all! Their continuum of care provides everything from Independent Living units (in both Stoughton and McFarland,) a newer RCAC, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehab, and even Skilled Care.

I volunteer here once a week. Super nice staff in all areas of the work force. Nice to be able to bring a smile to some of the residents there. Come up and visit. You may find it rewarding.

I had PT there. Tia and Crystal were great. The pool needs some major updating and the changing room floor are grungy. Nice people though...Id go back if I needed. Also the receptionist is really nice.

I'm an employee 26 year's. Wonderful place for rehabilitation and long term care .. with good customer service. All around. Our staff is a great team with people who really care for the patient. For us it's not just a job.
