She was extremely responsive and spent three hours with my mom and me showing us what it would be like to live at the vibrant retirement community. Nikki was genuinely interested in getting to know our family and asked many caring questions. She was super positive and friendly and we appreciate the time she took to answer our many questions. Nikki cares about helping others and is very kind, patient, and energetic. We would recommend visiting La Posada's beautiful community if you are looking into senior living options. Out of ALL the assisted living centers and care facilities— this one is truly 5 star!! It's the cleanest, best one I've ever seen. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I spent almost a month there in early 2023, and I'm back again visiting my Uncle Peter. This is really a nice place! Thank you, La Posada! It's beautiful, clean, and to top it off the staff is the very best!! They CARE!

I have lived at La Posada for 4 years. I am very happy with my 2-bedroom apartment which is well maintained and a short walk to the clubhouse. I love walking my 10,000 steps around the beautiful grounds within walking distance of the Gardens Mall & being able to read 3 newspapers daily with a fresh cup of coffee & a Danish. Then on to a good workout or class in the fitness room. The food and service in 2 different dining room are outstanding! The security around the grounds is exceptional. The 300+ residents are friendly and caring, and the staff is experienced & professional. Having retired after working for 46 years and having traveled to all 50 states and over 100 countries where is there a better place to live in the sun and fun of South Florida. Having lost my wife of 54 years, I enjoy spending time with my soulmate who has a place we share next to the Eisenhower farm in Gettysburg!

LaPosada has incredible views with top tier facilities that are beautifully decorated in classic modern design. You are always greeted with a smile even at the entrance security gate. They have graciously hosted a number of our Rotary events in their spacious banquet hall. Quite a few of LaPosada's residents are fellow Rotarians and they truly are some of the best people you will ever meet. LaPosada's onsite Chef has also accommodated our guests with multiple food allergies and you always feel like you are receiving a 5-star dining experience. Their staff are by far the most hospitable, kind, and caring people. Brad Cadiere and his team go above and beyond to ensure your experience at LaPosada is pleasant and enjoyable! Five stars for sure!

I have lived at LaPosada for 8 months. I feel I have found a place to call home. I love my apartment and my balcony. It feels right. I love that I can go for a walk and meet and talk to others on my way. I have made many friends already. I have met a special friend, a gentleman who lives close by. My life is not lonely but full again. The atmosphere here is welcoming, friendly and positive. You can be as busy as you want with plenty of activities or you can be private as you want. It is the place to live.

My mom lived at La Posada before and during COVID and the staff went above and beyond to balance both protection and enabling residents to live their lives. The facility is amazing and the people even better. From security -- Dave Diejuste -- to administration -- Yolanda Santiago and Viviana Carballido -- our family felt cared for and responded to.

Every time I drive in to see my mom at La Posada, I am glad to know that she is surrounded by such beautiful outdoor scenery. We often sit on one of the benches by the water and watch the birds. On days she isn't well enough to get outside, or when I can't get there to see her, I'm comforted to know that the caring staff is so good to her. I can't say enough about the staff there!

They put on a good show, but to me, it's was all talk no walk. Yes they have an eec license, but level of care is basic. Total lack of communication, lack of responsibility. I LITERALLY SAW A WOMAN STUCK ON THE TOLIET FOR 20-25 MINUTES BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD ANSWER HER EMERGENCY CHIME. IN THE END I THINK ITIS A STAFFING PROBLEM. To be fair, nurses and therapists are inundated with paperwork, not allowing time for compassionate care. We got a three day notice, that our other was being released, without any medical equipment. Than two days to say, no wheelchair as well. This gave us 2days to prep for release, it's a joke. I can't in good conscience not reccomend, as there are not many options for skilled nursing care.

La Posada is exactly the work environment I was looking for when I moved to Florida. My daily schedule is active and challenging, and Covid restrictions forced me to think creatively and artistically for programming ideas. I am inspired everyday by the associates I work with and the residents I am lucky enough to teach, talk with and motivate! Although I have worked in the Health & Wellness industry for over 15 years, the past two years at La Posada has taught me the most about personal growth, multitasking, responsibility, and skill-building. My mother is in assisted living at La Pasada. She's been there for about a year. We moved her from Your Life (NEVER SEND A LOVED ONE THERE!). For the past year, my mother has received NOTHING but love and care from the most wonderful staff. From Lily (sales) to Alecia (overseas Assisted and Memory Care) to Carol and Ange, just 2 of the amazing nurses. They care for my mom like family. It is a blessing knowing that when I don't visit, that she is safe and well taken care of. My mother is now moving to their Memory care facility and the empathy and dignity they have shown have been priceless. I can't say enough good about this facility.

My Aunt was at LaPosada 2 weeks ago in the Skilled rehab , she had fallen and fractured her hip. She raves about the care and hard work she witnessed by the nurses and rehab team . The communication about my aunt was great. The management team went above and beyond ensuring everyone was safe . I witnessed it myself when I visited . My Aunt is the best she has ever been , walking with minimal pain . I would definitely recommend the LaPosada rehab , What a great place ! Thank you for taking care of my aunt !

My parents have lived in Independent Living at La Posada since December 2019, so only the first three months were before the pandemic. The management has been so thorough and professional during this incredibly difficult time. The staff is incredibly helpful, the facilities are beautiful and the operation is very well run. My mother spent several weeks in Skilled Nursing rehabbing after an injury. That unit is also excellent.

Went to the West Palm area to visit my sister and happened upon this fabulous facility in my travels. Although I am not ready to retire and make the transition yet, La Posada would be a wonderful place to spend my "golden years.' Being a Vendor for many establishments such as this, including many 4 and 5 Star Hotels, I was extremely impressed with La Posada from the moment I entered the property. It is Spotless everywhere, the Help Seems Incredibly Knowledgeable and Friendly and the Residents ( I saw many) all seemed very happy and pleased with their surroundings and support staff. This place reminds me of a Ritz Carlton. I highly recommend it for Seniors needing a Little Assistance that appreciate white glove treatment.

I want to take a moment out of my day to thank the staff and management at La Posada for taking such amazing care of my grandparents. I just came back from visiting them for the first time since they moved into this community several months ago. Honestly, I did not expect to see such a beautiful community with so many caring, friendly and professional employees. They genuinely appeared to truly care about the residents. Almost everyone we passed addressed my grandparents by their name. That was impressive! Their apartment was modern, bright, spacious and very clean. I was fortunate enough to be able to have dinner with them one night. Between the phenomenal food and the attention to detail service, I felt as if I was eating in a five-star restaurant. I was originally worried about my grandparents moving into this type of community however, I can now rest comfortably at night after seeing it firsthand. Thank you so much to everyone at La Posada for what you do. It is greatly appreciated.

My mother in law moved from Independent Living to Assisted Living in La Posada. She did not want to make this move, but it was necessitated by issues regarding cognitive impairment. The staff was phenomenal in assisting our family in dealing with the physical move itself. However, the caring , compassion and expertise they provided enabled us to deal with the emotional and psychological issues we were facing made all the difference in the world. Their guidance and advice made it possible for the move to be quite smooth as opposed to the disaster we were expecting. I would recommend La Posada to any family who is considering a Senior Living facility for a parent.
