The entire Marquardt team has been truly amazing. My brother Brian moved there about nine months ago and, sadly, passed away recently. During our visits with Brian, it was clear how much everyone genuinely cared for him and treated him like family. Whether they were joking with him, watching TV together, or playing games, the staff consistently showed him warmth, kindness, and respect. We are forever grateful for Renee’s thoughtful suggestion to trim his beard so we could clearly see his smiles during his final days. Medicine Tech Amanda brought laughter when our hearts were heavy. Nurse Katie comforted us with hugs, while Nurses DJ, Wendy and Judy patiently answered our many questions”Wendy even made sure to sneak us snacks. We are incredibly heartbroken to have lost Brian, but we take comfort in knowing he was in such a wonderful place when we could not be with him 24/7. Although we cannot list everyone by name, please know how deeply thankful we are. Thank you, Marquardt, for helping make our hearts a little lighter and for caring for Brian as one of your own.

My oldest brother has been living at Marquardt's medical care facility for the past 2 1/2 years. He receives wonderful care. The staff is professional and kind. It gives us peace of mind to know that he is receiving the best of care 24 hours a day 7 days per week. May God bless the residents and the wonderful staff at Marquardt.

My husband was at Marquette Manor for a short period of time. We were both very pleased with the facility. The staff was kind, compassionate and extremely competent. I knew that the man I love was being well taken care of.

My father was here in February for rehab. Unfortunately he died after being succumbed to norovirus which was spreading rapidly and he just couldn’t fight anymore. Nothing you guys did or didn’t do. Sometimes people die and no matter what we do it is inevitable. During his stay he was generally happy here. He was well taken care of. They bought him food as long as he was hungry and could tolerate food. Encouraged liquids, etc. when he had an accident they cleaned him up promptly. Unfortunately he passed in the ambulance on the way to the hospital (coded and could not be resuscitated he was a full code. They tried) on the way to get his things the nurse on duty was devastated he enjoyed dad. Talked with us. Was genuinely compassionate. Very kind. I would recommend this place

My mother has lived in Marquardt's Independent Living residence for a little over a year, and she loves it. (We moved her here from a different facility that didn't have nearly the amenities or community that The Marquardt has.) There are many activities to choose from every day so it has made it easier for her to create a social community here. Her apartment is very spacious and lovely, and the staff are kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend living at The Marquardt!

Beautiful facility, and super friendly staff. I was visiting with a friend’s family, and needed assistance. A really sweet blonde woman helped me, and was chatty about the facility and how many people they’re helping. If I ever needed to bring a family member to a facility, this would be the spot. It FEELS like a safe place, even for a visitor from out of town.°

My husband and I toured the independent living Marquardt campus with Marci Lilly and were very impressed. Marci took her time and went over the pricing and amenities offered, answered our questions, then gave us a very comprehensive tour. The senior living apartments are newer and beautiful and conveniently joined to the activity center. There are two restaurants located in the activity center as well as a hair salon & spa. We also toured a couple of 'Garden Homes' that are really beautiful too.

When dad moved into Independent Living it was great, but his natural personality and decling mental facilities quickly put him in Assisted Living. It was ok for a while, but as he declines mentally and he becomes more of a handful, it's not. The staff literally said to my face, "We don't have time for him." I don't know what to do, because I'm ill equiped to take care of him. So is the staff, and we're paying a lot of money for them to be chichatting in the halls and be unable to tend, and clean up after their patients.

Super understaffed all the time, there’s not a lot of help around and when my own mother stayed at marquardt for less than a month we had several incidents that we should have called state for but didn’t. The nursing staff is great and tries their best but they just can’t keep up with the work load they have.

First, It was a very enjoyable and informative visit and tour. All our questions were answered in a very understandable way. We were shown many types of apartments and pricing options. A relaxed, safe, clean, private and organized place for my Mom. We won't have to move her ever again as Marquardt has all the different levels of care Mom will need, she'd just have to move to a different area as her aging stages progress. Besides the care, they have everything a person needs, i.e.: restaurants, beauty shop, activities, church, etc.
