I was employed at Wilson Commons for 9 months as Lead Caregiver on 3rd shift. Some might like to say negative things about this company, I cannot. My residents were wonderful, the people I worked with truly love what they do and are kind and compassionate. The empathetic leadership of Analisa Silva is beyond extraordinary, she is kind, sees all sides of every situation and does her best to stave off concerns of staff, residents and families for positive solutions. Thank you Ana for all you do!

The Wilson Commons management team (Rick Roeglin, Kaitlin Kelly and Rose Orosco) are fantastic. The facility is well maintained and reasonably priced and the services they provide are excellent and wide-ranging. The staff is extraordinarily responsive, friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend considering Wilson Commons as a senior living community for yourself or a family member.

Wilson Commons is beyond great. Years ago, my husband's grandmother was a senior resident (she passed in 2012). We always enjoyed visiting her, we loved what they did for the residents, how they treated the seniors and she was always happy being there. Through the years, I have to continued to be apart of the Wilson Commons community, whether that was attending one of the craft fairs or more recently, this past weekend, the Cookie Walk. Rick and his staff are wonderful. I think it says a lot about this community that people still want to visit even if their loved one may no longer be a resident. Keep up the good work Wilson Commons!

My mom's transition to assisted living was off to a rough start, but Rick, Kaitlin, Doreen, Robin, and all the staff have been supportive, patient, and reassuring. Wonderful, caring staff at every level, everyday!

My brother Manuel Cuellar is in assistant living here at Wilson Commons . l am his sister, and l had not seen him look so good in the past 2 years.l was helping him as muclh as l could before, but now that he is getting all the care he needs. My mom was moved to assisted living January 2021. The care she gets there is wonderful. It was a very difficult decision, to have my mother move to assisted living. But Rick understood my concerns and was very patient with this transition. The staff is wonderful, Robin and Rick in the office are wonderful. I sleep well at night, knowing she is so well taken care of.

Amazing staff. My mother has been a resident at the Polonaise since 2019 and every need she has she is met with a smile and it's taken care of. Recently, I had to secure an apartment for my sister who was in a fire and needed to be relocated. Kaitlin and Rick have gone above and beyond to make sure this transition. for her would go as smooth as possible...especially with her wound care condition. I cant say enough how much pressure has been taken off my already very heavy shoulders to help to make every day easier. I am beyond appreciative and am very emotional about how exceptional the staff is....from the nurses, the CNAs, and the executive staff....they have been amazing.

I have been a caregiver for 44 years and have worked at several facilities. I have been employed at the polonaise for 13yrs years and never have been more happy than I am now. Executive Director Rick /Assistant Director Robin are the best management team I have ever seen in my 44 year of service!!!! Our nurse manager's are also fantastic!! RICK YOU ARE TOTALLY AWESOME

I was worried when I was told my grandparents were going to "a home" but when I actually saw Wilson Commons, I knew it wasn't "a home" it was actually their new home. The staff, the level of care and just the atmosphere in general is amazing. I highly recommend taking advantage of their services. Not worrying about your loved ones is a wonderful feeling. This is a wonderful facility for assisted living. The care and concern for my mother was outstanding. The staff and aids were always extremely helpful. If you would need assisted living care, I definitely recommend that you consider them.

I had the pleasure of assisting in the care of a family friend who lived at Wilson Commons. Just walking in the door was a joy. Always greeted by a group of residents sitting in the large but cozy lobby. The staff were amazing, meals delicious and offered an excellent balance of planned activities and privacy of your own apartment. I would move in myself if I were not a 40 something mother of two teenagers. Sadly my friend has passed away, but I think of it fondly as I drive past.

I absolutly love working here I love to treat our residence with the highest level of compassionate care as if there were my own family member. I love our team that we have here at the polanaise we are very close knit.
