This facility is caring, competent and responsive. The staff are a delight to deal with. I have no issues with them as they take great care of my mom. She has severe dementia and suffered two catastrophic falls this year before going to Sandhill. I now have a piece of mind and a huge burden lifted from my shoulders while 100% confident that my mother is residing at this facility. Other: the building and rooms/apartments are clean. The security is solid. I would recommend them for anyone needing most levels of assistance. It has worked for my mom and me. Can’t say enough!

I am a caregiver. When my clients can no longer live at home, this is where I suggest they move. Sandhill Gardens is a quaint and lovely establishment. The staff are top notch. Annette in the office is always happy to help with any issues or questions. Alicia in reception always greets with a smile and helps any way she can. Alice in house keeping is so very pleasant and will grab any supplies needed, when ever asked. Also, a mention goes to the many CNAS that keep my clients safe, comfortable and smiling. Oh, I don’t want to leave out the maintenance man. He’s great. He will help fix anything. He’s a regular Bob the builder. Everyone from the office staff to custodians to activities directors to caregivers to the restaurant staff truly treats each resident like family. After experiences in other facilities that were quite the opposite, we are so grateful to have our dad in a place that loves him as much as we do. Choosing to put Dad into a place other than his home was difficult, but we could not have found a better place than Sand Hill. The Brennans are forever grateful for the staff, and we sleep soundly knowing that our dad is loved every second he is there!

I have a 93-year-old friend that has been at Sandhill gardens for many years. They take extremely good care of her. She does all of the activities and really enjoys them. there is a great community within Sandhill Gardens. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for independent retirement, or assisted living retirement.

My family was looking for a retirement center for my mother and came across Sandhill Gardens. We found the facility to be excellent for her needs in many ways. First, it was so clean! The main sitting areas and private rooms are clean and smell fresh. Daily housekeeping is always available, as well as maintenance for more immediate issues. I visit often and never find anything that is not up to par. The facility is not too big, but very perfect in size and has a very comfortable and homey feeling. STAFF is all wonderful and compassionate to their residents. Offering daily activities, as well as outings, they have a beauty shop, musical guests, and many games for making friends. They keep us updated with their daily/monthly calendar so we know what is happening! DINING is great, with 3 healthy meals a day. The offering choices at lunch and dinner mean you never go away hungry. Dining staff are also very accommodating, offering desserts with each meal! LOCATION is great, in Deep Creek, and is close to shopping and restaurants. If residents still drive, they can even have their car. Rooms are either two rooms, spacious with private baths and kitchen OR a very large studio with the same amenities. Either choice of room is cozy and let the residents still enjoy their privacy in their own private room. If you are in need of either independent living or assisted living, they offer both. With 24 hour a day staff, you can feel comfortable leaving your loved one in their care. I highly recommend taking a tour with Annette to see what they offer! I am grateful to Sandhill Gardens for taking good care of my Mother!

Sandhill Gardens Retirement Facility is the place you want to take your love ones when they can not do it by themselves anymore. The fun the food the laughter is all anyone will need to keep life going. The staff is super supportive and will never leave your love ones to stand alone. Feel free to go visit all is welcome.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a very clean facility and they take wonderful care of the residents. We looked at quite a few places for mom. We are very glad that we placed her here couldn’t have found a better match. The food is excellent and we are very comfortable leaving her there because we know she will be very well taken care of because they have become an extension of our family

I love the nurses and faculty in this place. They all are so kind and accommodating for my mother when she was there, though she had dementia and could be very difficult to deal with they were still kind in the way they handled her and how they talked with her. I appreciate them so much.
