Our mother has been in the memory care unit for the past 4 weeks. Her care from every staff member has been nothing but outstanding, and we see it in her demeanor. Her dementia had her almost completely withdrawn, then after becoming a resident here, she's experienced an awakening. Her mental and physical strength have improved drastically. We couldn't be more pleased with Orchard Heights.

Orchard Heights was the best facility for dementia care for our family member. The staff was very kind and compassionate during this difficult transition. The facility was clean and well kept. I highly recommend Orchard Heights for care.

If I ever had a family member or friend that needed to stay in a health care facility this is where I would hope to send them. I've been to various facilities in the wny area this is by far my favorite. great staff, organization, activities for the residents, it's clean and it feels like home.

They were so thoughtful and took amazing care of my grandma before she passed. It was always clean, and they always made sure she was cleaned up and the staff was always engaging with her and the others around her. Meals were great, and I loved getting to know the nurses and other residents.

My moms care has been excellent. She loves the food and atmosphere I have been very pleased with the commutation. Everyone I have had to speak with has been extremely helpful.

Orchard heights has a great staff and comfortable surroundings. My room is always clean and the aides really care. Activity staff is fun! Pretty outside property and fun outings!

My Grandmother loves her new home at Orchard Heights. The meals are wonderful! I've had a chance to try them myself. They have a wide range of activities she engages in daily, and fun outings to the Botanical Gardens, Museums, and many other places.
