My Dad has been here for just over two months now. This transition from owning your own home to living at an independent living facility can be very hard and has been for him. That being said, the staff and Mike, the manager of Maple Springs, have gone the extra mile to be kind to him and let him know they care and understand. Their empathy and care has helped us all through this hard transition of life.

I've worked at maple springs full time and PRN for the last three years. I drove 30 minutes to work and the main reason being how amazing Joanna and Brittany made the working environment. Being a cna is a mentally draining job no doubt and they were always so supportive and willing to help me. I also am a full time college student and they never once had a problem working with my school schedule. I 100% recommend working here!

I worked at maple springs as a med tech and CNA for almost 8 years. They are an amazing company to work for. I even worked there throughout my last pregnancy. They were all just as excited as I was especially Joanna. Her and all the staff at Maple Springs were extra great and helpful during my pregnancy. They would offer to help anyway they could. They always treated me with dignity and respect as they did for all employees and residents. They never made me feel discriminated for being pregnant or like it was a problem. Joanna always tried so hard to accommodate all staffs needs when scheduling. Joanna is such an amazing nurse to work under and learn from. She is so kind and made each of her employees feel like she cared about them personally not just at work. Working at Maple Springs felt like my second family. Dustin the administrator was very kind and personable. He would go out of his way to check on us CNAs and med techs each day to be sure our needs were met. Maple springs is an amazing place to work and an amazing place to take your loved one for all those little extras.

I have worked at maple springs for over 2 years now. I have always found Brittney and Joanna to be fair and supportive when it comes to their employees. I understand that being a CNA is hard work and is certainly not for everyone, but I love my job here at maple springs and it is so rewarding. I appreciate the efforts brittney and joana have put in to help me be successful! It truly is a great place to work!

There is not enough time in the world to say how much I enjoy Maple Springs in Brigham City. Having worked in the medical field for over 20 years, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Maple Springs in Brigham City, is THE BEST there is! Joanna and Brittany are two of the best nurses I have had the privlege to work with over the years. They take the residents care to the next level. They work hard everyday to ensure they are getting the best care they can get. I have worked side by side with Sadie who has said awful things about working at Maple Springs. Being a seasoned employee, I had oportunites to try and reeducate her and help her. Those efforts went in one ear and right out the other. She was not caring for residents in the mannor they deserved or needed. She would refuse to help them, and deny them care. She would tell them, as well as family members no, when she asked to help with something. She would argue with the residents, in their home and not show them respect. Aides who come in and do their job, deserve to have all the hours they need/want. Those who come in and do not care for the residents do not deserve to work there. Bottom line, my self, Joanna, Brittany, Dustin, and Mike, and all the other aides, activites, housekeepers, cooks, dietary aides, maintenace, all want the best for the residents and we all look out for them. You cannot ask for a better team than our management at Maple Springs, resident care is their top priority.

Great place to work filled with people who truly love and care for their residents. Joanna and Brittney lead the care staff and ensure that residents are receiving the customized care they deserve and pay for. I've been here for over 2 years as a way to get out of the house since I work from home full time. I have chosen to stay with Maple because I adore our residents and I see and appreciate the work Joanna and Brittney put in. I see in a previous comment made by someone I personally interacted with some false claims of discrimination and that is not only upsetting but extremely untrue. On nights I came in following her shift everyone else working was scrambling to catch up on their work because she couldn't do her job and needed others to do it for her. Prior to her pregnancy she claimed she couldn't assist residents into bed and with their basic cares. Residents would go hours without being changed and several complained about her and said they hated when she worked. When I and several other employees shared these concerns with management she was redirected and given several coachings. When things did not get better and after several times of her shifts being covered by others her hours were cut and even then she still continued to try to get her shifts covered, saying she was sick and couldn't work. On the days she did "work" I'd find her sitting in the break room while everyone else was working and her tasks still were not done. There was always excuses and "it's not me it's you" behavior from her, I hope with time she will grow up and accept responsibility for her own choices. When it comes to the care of our loved ones, we want the best. We want to ensure they receive the love and compassion we ourselves would give them. I appreciate the efforts Joanna and Brittney took to help this former employee and attempts to make it work but at the end of the day you can't make that horse drink.

I have loved working at Maple Springs as a CNA! The work is physically demanding and can be challenging emotionally (as most CNA work is), so it isn't for everyone but it is so rewarding. The residents are nice and care a lot about the employees. Management is incredibly supportive and always willing to get their hands dirty - Joanna jumped in on a really busy day and helped clean up a resident for me - and the nurses are super patient when I have questions or need to be coached/instructed on new skills or tasks. Brittney, who used to be the primary scheduler, and and now Leslie are incredibly understanding with my fluctuating schedule as a college student and have worked with me to help me meet my goals at work while also balancing the time I need to put into school. Dustin and Mike are super nice as well and are always running around meeting resident needs that we can't take care of on the nursing end. I've been super happy here!

I worked at Maple Springs Assisted Living for 2 years and loved it! From the residents and their families to the staff and management! Joanna and Brittney go above and beyond to take care of their staff and make them feel appreciated and respected! As a single mom they always made sure me and my kids were a priority! If you ever have the chance to work at Maple or have a family member live there, give it a shot!!!

Was at Peach Days in Brigham city supporting my sister motorcycle entry and thought about eating some chicken from this company, very polite people working yet as I started to eat there was a clump of hair in my food. Highly do not recommend. Chicken was nasty cold and was only given 5 fries. If the service can't look at you who's serving you don't eat there food!!!!! Disappointed highly.

My father and my mother-in-law both live in the Brigham City Maple Springs. I just wanted to write you and tell you what an amazing service you provide to your assisted living residents. My wife and I have had personal experience with many assisted living facilities for the past 8 years as we have helped our parents and other loved ones during the final chapter of their lives. In my opinion your Brigham City Assisted Living facility is the best of the best in all of Northern Utah. The Brigham facility has provided a wonderful, clean home and consistent quality dining which are the obvious two major concerns. However, the impetus that gave me the desire to write you is the amazing staff. I have been amazed at how your senior staff cares about the residents and you have some of the best and brightest CNAs who are incredibly compassionate caregivers. When I am not able to be there to take care of my dad, I feel like your people care for him like family.

I came here to help patients when I worked for a home health and hospice company- I adore the staff and the atmosphere. They care for the patients and residents like they are their own grandparents. I am grateful places like this exists so we know our loved ones are cared for!

My Step Mom had lived on the Assisted Living side of the building for almost 2 years. She called it her luxury apartment, with concierge service. The employees were awesome, if there happen to be any problems or concerns, all it took was a call to the front office and they were right there to resolve the issues. (Mom only had 3 problems in 2 years, and they were caused by her, not the Facility) All the Aids and Nurses treated Mom as if she was their Grandmother. I could write pages and pages of all the great things about Maple Springs, but you get my point. But if not, then to be clear, Maple Springs has the best Rooms, Management, Nurses, CNA's, Dining Facilities, both common areas with Ginormous Fire Places. There is no need to look at any of the other Facilities in Northern Utah.

My grandmother was one of the first residents, and is still hanging in there at nearly 102, probably due to the excellent care, service, love, and the best food anywhere. (This ain't your hospital/prison/senior fare, folks...it's catering/banquet/five star restaurant cuisine.) Hats off to everyone who works at Maple Springs. You are a joy to our family.
