My mom stayed here for a couple of weeks. I really love this place. The staff is so helpful and really friendly. Sally helped me at the front desk to get checked in?.she even gave my mom?s dog a treat, she was so helpful and kind (I surprised my Mom bringing her dog to visit) ??and Tanya was my moms nurse in her room while we visited?.she was friendly and very helpful as well. Aside from the friendly staff, I have to say that this place has the coolest vibe!!! It?s clean, great natural lighting, soft light bulbs used throughout (no fluorescent hospital vibe), cool colorful carpet, live plants throughout, an activity room with a bunny and birds, and ice cream parlor, and a lot of other colorful bright decor. The outdoor landscape is beautiful too?.nice big trees and REAL green grass. It?s also home to a beautiful old tortoise (pics attached ) Also there were many residents/patients in the workout room exercising, walking around, and being social?.looks like the ideal environment to rehabilitate in. Safe, clean, and friendly?.oh, and Pet friendly 🙂

Everyone I came in contact with nice knowledgeable I met about 45 nurses they all knew my dad by his name and we're aware of his conditions . they all were eager to know his past and how they could make him better.

All the staff members speak to you & are friendly. They take care of loved one & have many activities for them. I appreciate the nurse Steve and how quick he was in getting my dad the vitamins we requested for him to take. I am pleased with the services here. Thank you guys!

This is my third comment. This is the worst experience I have had with this facility. First you need to get care in writing. Don't trust what the different departments say. Second, weekends are the pits. Never enough help and guess who suffers! The Patient! Third the phone system sucks. Receptionist can never get staff on phone. Do all rooms have accessibility to the bathroom. No they don't. When your husband is put in a room where the roommate has utilized all the space in bathroom and room- guess who can't get to the bathroom? Now the excuse is the Hoyer lift can't fit. Interesting enough he could use the bathroom when he got there. Now the CNA's say go in your pants . We will clean you up. How do you think a person feels after hearing that!! Please think about their care!

Wow, this is our third Nursing Facility since my mom's stroke 9 months ago which lead to physical and cognitive decline, but the level of care here is like nothing we've experienced before. Absolutely everyone has been so amazing and helpful starting with Nancy in Admissions to Lovely who got my mom settled in and her nurses and doctors have ALL been exceptional. I mean, everything you could ask for in level of care and caring. Communication, documentation, treating patients with empathy and dignity. I don't know if we would appreciate it as much if we hadn't been in other places, but let me tell you, this is such a high level of care and way above the rest. The staff all seem like they enjoy going to work, they are pleasant and talk to you with kindness and make an effort to know the residents. Even the dining staff, finance ladies, and activities director.. every single person I've met there is amazing and welcoming. I used go home feeling horrible leaving my mom in the other facilities knowing she was somewhere that staff made no attempt to connect or she wasn't allowed to leave her room - but I don't feel that here at all. Everyone is so friendly, and thanks to the staff who made sure to include her, she has been able to make friends with other residents/patients. I am so thankful for Oasis. It truly is a wonderful place. I know everyone would rather be home than in a facility, but if you had to be in one, this is definitely the place to be. Update: Three months later Honestly, it just gets better. My mom and I simply can't believe how much better it is here compared to the last two places and regularly talk about how the resident events would never happen in the other locations. She has formed strong friendships which I believe have helped her accept her health situation and the fact that she has to remain in a facility much more quickly. In the other locations she constantly wanted to come home. Now I think home would be a downgrade as she would lose all the socialization and relationships with the nurses and CNAs as well as other residents. I drop by on unexpected dates and times and it is always pleasant. Yesterday, on a random Wednesday, there was a man playing piano so beautifully. I've seen him perform for them before, but it's just such a nice thing to have for the residents. The last place was so cold and lonely and isolated, the staff made no effort to connect. Not here, Oasis is a real community. Thank you Cynthia ,Vilma and Lovely for taking such great care of my mom. I know there are more since I usually visit in the day, but you guys are always so kind when I visit.
