Best Place for Mom! My mom only lived at Courville, Manchester the last 2 months of her life, but we could not have asked for a better place. Everything about the facility and the team is wonderful. The building and grounds are beautiful and clean. My mom Patricia received wonderful care from so many people. A few that deserve honorable mention: Jennifer Pinard, Traci, and Carol were compassionate administrators who were always on top of things. Juti, Hali, Kim, Briana, Alison and Linda - the best nurses! Maureen and Patty always had great activities planned and were so kind to residents. The PT/OT Staff were hands down the best I have ever worked with. Last, but not least are the most supportive aides I could ask for. They brought the loving care to my mom and my family. Thank you Carlos, Benny, Carmen & Kristen.

We searched long and hard for the perfect nursing home for my mom. We found it at Courville. My mom was in Courville for only a few months. Unfortunately she passed a few weeks ago and I can honestly say "no regrets" putting her there. We couldn't ask for anyplace better. The activities coordinator (Patty) is the very best. The variety of food was unbelievable! The chef (can't think of his name) very accommodating for my moms needs. Dining room was gorgeous/clean/bright. Nurses/aides were VERY attentive! Tracy in Admin very sweet and caring. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Courville. Wish my mom lasted there longer than she did. Thank you all...will never forget you.

In choosing the right place for long term care; customer service and kindness matter - it makes such a place become a home and not just a place to be. Courville Manchester has the right mix of service, kindness and caring. Courville became home to my grandmother in the last year of her life. I am beyond thankful for all the staff there and what they did for my grandmother to make her feel loved, supported, safe and cared for. Each staff member that had an interaction in my grandmother's life did so with amazing customer service and kindness which can be hard to experience in healthcare today.

Coureville is a team of all stars. What a group. The facilities are outstanding but the positive mental addatude of everyone is what makes everything work. There lights have been on for fifty years. They know what they are doing.

My Uncle became a resident of Courville at Manchester several years ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Gene thrived with the care he received from a wonderful and attentive staff. He was happy and that made all the difference for his family. I highly recommend the Courville Facility.

Courville took excellent care of my aunt during her stay in August. They provided her with excellent PT and OT services that were challenging and effective. What was most appreciated was the case management services ensuring my aunt left the facility with her in-home services scheduled and taken care of. The case manager went above and beyond working with the insurance company to make sure they understood her goals and worked toward them. My aunt also really enjoyed the staff that worked there. Everybody was very friendly and caring.

I loved The Corville! I always felt that all of the staff truly cared about my well being. I had excellent care and the physical and occupational therapy were exceptional. I would not want to go to any other facility.

My elderly father went to Courville after suffering a fall on 3/15/23. I contacted Tracey who impressed me immediately. She stated that she would contact his insurance company right away and arrange to have him admitted. She called me with an approval within 24 hours. She is very kind, reassuring and intelligent. The building is beautiful, everyone has a private room, and it always smells nice. It feels like a very pretty apartment building. My father had the best rehab care with PT and OT. After staying for about a week, he came home and is now walking completely unassisted, getting stronger every day. They even allowed my dog to visit! Every person there from the front desk personnel to rehabilitation workers, nurses and LNA's are dedicated professionals. I will forever be grateful to Tracey and all of the caregivers that participated in my father's recovery. I want to thank you all and let you know that your hard work does not go unnoticed. My father stayed at Courville several times for rehab during the last four years of his life. The final time was last November. During all of his stays he was well cared for and he much appreciated the kindness and compassion of the staff. His last visit to rehab ended up being an unexpected end of life transition. I had always thought that when the time came for my Dad to pass I would want him in his own home. However, after the experience we had at Courville I cannot imagine him spending his last days any place else. The staff knew him well because of being what I called a "repeat customer" and the outpouring of love they showed toward him during his final days was incredible. I will be forever grateful for the way the staff treated my father and me during his last days.

My father has spent the last 3 weeks at this facility in the short term rehab. He was well taken care of at all times. Staff members were always there to check on him to make sure he was doing well. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Over the years the Courville at Manchester has taken such wonderful care of three of my dearest family members. One family member is due to head back next year for a second stint of rehabilitation and nursing care. She still sends holiday cards to each department, thanking them for the wonderful care she received. The care and kindness that was extended to not only the patients but support was provided to extended family as well. To see a smile on everyone's face from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave makes the difference. All I can say is thank you for helping my loved ones become happier healthier and physically stronger than when they arrived.

I have worked in the nursing dept here at Courville for almost 2 years now. My experience here has been absolutely wonderful. I started as a floor nurse and then joined the management team. I have been a nurse for about 15 years and this is by FAR the BEST facility I have ever worked for. Day in and day out I truly enjoy coming to work every day. At the end of the day being able to leave knowing that I have made a difference in someones life is truly heartwarming. The support I have as a member of the nursing management team leads to me to provide the utmost high quality, compassionate, and dignified care to my patients. The nursing staff as well as many other ancillary staff are extremely wonderful and play a huge role in the everyday care of each resident. If the time came where I needed to place a family member in a facilty for skilled rehab or long term care- Courville would be my FIRST choice. The facility provides a very warm, home like atmosphere with restaurant style dining as well as plenty of space for families to visit with their loved ones. Come check us out! I am proud to be a part of the Courville Manchester- "Where better living begins". You won't be disappointed!

THis is a quality focussed organization. They quality of care is very good. They are knowledgable and caring. They address issues timely and professionaly. I wrote a full review, on the Bedford site, but it was Webster St. facility I was reviewing. Wonderful is the worst I can say about our ongoing relationship. My mom has been treated like a princess , even though she can be very impatient. The staff is wonderful...and the 3rd. floor has a beautiful view. I especially love that a lot of the people would rather "hang out" in the hallway by the nurses station, when there are beautiful rooms set aside for them . Thank you from our whole family.

I want to thank the entire staff at the Courville in Manchester. The last several weeks were challenging for us as a family to provide my mother the skilled care she needed. We were blessed to have been able to admit my mother to the Courville. Although her stay was very short, we felt at ease from day one. Mom received the best care during the past 3 weeks. They are an incredible team supporting patients and families. They all professionally and compassionately represent an outstanding skilled nursing facility. It was a huge relief for our family to know how well cared for my mother was. Mom's final days were difficult for us emotionally, but to see how dignified my mother was treated up to her last breath will never be forgotten.

Recommending courville of Manchester for anyone needing rehabilitation after a hospital stay, or assisted living or long term care when you can no longer stay in your home..my husbands grandmother lived here years ago and it is still under the same administration! Such longevity for staffing which is comforting with the continuity of care for your loved one. Great activities offered for residents and a devoted caring nursing team. As a healthcare professional that is in courville of Manchester every week, I see the happy residents who are proud to call it HOME!

The entire staff at Courville including the nurses, social workers, physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are the best of the best. At every step along the way caring for my mother, they showed love and respect to her and to our family. I couldn't have asked for any better!!

Courville At Manchester is a very impressive looking facility. It is always very clean, beautiful and plenty of open spaces for families to visit. More importantly, the staff is wonderful and provide great care! I have worked with the staff at Courville for 3.5 years and have always had very positive experiences. Another wonderful benefit offered by this facility is that they offer different levels of care including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing services and comfort care/hospice services. They truly allow their residents to age in place with staff and a setting the residents/families are familiar with. I would have no qualms in placing my family member in this facility!

When first having my aunt admitted to the Courville I was most pleased with the facility but in the past 2 years it has taken a big nosedive in all areas. From the physical appearance to the care ,it has deteriorated faster than sour milk.Even some of the floor help will say it quietly. Because with aging people ,change is hard;it is impossible to pull her out now. The help changes constantly so the clients barely have time to build a rapport when these people are on the move. Obviously the pay scale has a lot to do with it. Some of the staff act like they hate their jobs. There are a number of lovely staff members also but after being nice to my face, had witnessed rolling eyes to one another. One thing which has been called to my attention is the filthiness of the carpets, especially in the lobby and hallways. It doesn't help with impressions. At a cost of 10,000K monthly, carpet cleaning once a year should be affordable. I have been to other Courville community homes and have not witnessed the decline of this one. Maybe time to look for new direction or management?
