Food in inedible. Many staff members don't seem to care. maintenance requests take forever if not an emergency.

Mother-in-law lives here and now there are mice in her apartment for multiple days. She called maintenance and a person came up without even a mouse trap. She called again and no response. Exterminator scheduled to come to the building at the end of the week. Why doesn't management at least support the panicked resident in the meantime?

My mom has lived in Homecrest House for 5 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's run extremely well, and the staff are friendly and professional. The place is also safe and the residents' needs are been taken care of, which gives me peace in mind knowing that mom lives there. My daughters and I visit her often and we always have a good time there. I highly recommended Homecrest House to anyone who is looking for a place for their parents to live in.

I only know a person living in the assisted living area. Its pretty great. The skilled nursing center seems nice when I have been on that end of the building. It smells good and residents tend to like the food. Excursions available for assisted living members... not sure about LTC residents.
