I used to enjoy living here, but lately all they care about is money and saving a dollar rather than the care and well-being of the tenants, the menus and food are atrocious and our kitchen manager has no idea what she's doing and she just kisses up in order to keep her job and the staff are fed up but cannot say anything because it's their jobs and the resident console meetings artichoke because tenants are say one thing and not remember saying it a minute later so you know that Management's not really listening to them

Avamere asked my mother to leave after way through the month, They called multiple times to confirm the departure date, which I provided. I asked them to not take the full amount since they were given notice and we left mid month (they were going to evict her for being confused). Now they will not repay the remainder of the rent. Now I have to call the bank.

I have been a tenant at the South hill, Spokane facility for a bit over a year now and since changing management, the place is really going down hill, have eight to ten units available and haven't been able to get them rented and spending money on things that don't benefit those of us who currently live here and pay rent

Working at Chestnut Lane has been a wonderful experience. I have learned ASL( still learning everyday) and have made lifelong friendships with coworkers. I have fulfilling relationships with residents that make coming to work everyday like coming to my second home.
