They didn't have a housekeeper so all of the caregivers and receptionists were going about cleaning rooms. Came in for an interview and was told that I would get a call back within 2 to 3 days but never got a call. I texted them and got a message asking to come in for an interview then an immediate message saying it was sent to the wrong person.. Thanks what a great way to tell someone they aren't fit for the job or wanted for that job.

I have worked here since June. I moved to Appleton three years ago; never have I seen such care, and love in a building.

IMPRESSED! As someone who is familiar with many CBRFs/assisted living facilities, good and bad, I wanted to say how impressed I was! ALL staff, whether working the front office, leading activities, or cleaning, were extremely kind. It didn't seem that they were simply doing their jobs, but rather seemed like they truly CARED! There were many activities and the apartments were nice sized and homey.

I've had the pleasure of working with Appleton Retirement Community and have always been impressed by the staff's friendliness and genuine care for each resident. The rooms are not only clean but also regularly updated, providing a comfortable living environment. What truly stands out is the wide variety of activities offered, from organized games to a salon and even visits from Stretch Lab Appleton! It's clear they prioritize the well-being and happiness of their residents, making this community a wonderful place to live.

Excellent Place for Seniors This place is wonderful and a perfect place for seniors in their golden years. If my Mom was still with us, this would be our top choice. I had a chance to interview the Administrator, Mason, Residents and their families, and several other key staff. Clearly, they are focused on doing whatever they need to do to improve the quality of lives of their residents. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience interacting with Mason Foth about producing a promotional video for Appleton Retirement Community! His enthusiasm in giving elderly a safe, inviting, and interactive life experience is infectious! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for their elderly parents to live outside of home.

Our father lived here for approximately 6 months before his recent passing. He was treated by staff like he was the only person their. He was at times a challenging resident and the team there never waivered in their care for him. I highly recommend to anyone looking for this level of care facility. We worked mostly with McKenzie and Billy and they were amazing and caring and treated Dad like family. We cannot thank all the staff enough for making the final months of his life so comfortable!
