My Mum has recently moved into WhiteRock Seniors Villiage Long Term Care and our family is so pleased with her care. The nurses..the management..the care aides and even housekeeping are so kind and caring. We love it and my Mum is so happy and that is so important to our family.

I found many of the care workers very friendly at the nursing home. MY husband really liked Melissa on the first floor. Now he is on the second floor and when our son passed Sarifa was there when I told him and she was very kind to the both of us. When he got Covid Sarifa was very attentive to his needs. Right from the beginning of my research for a home for my mom . Rachelle was Great , showing her knowledge of the next step (Chapter) for my mom. Showing us several suites that were available. The process was made ease . Everyone seemed happy to say hi from residents to the staff. The addition of having a mover to recommend to us for the move also was a big help. I am very pleased with the services here at Crescent Gardens. Staff personnel are excellent, helpful, friendly and very reliable. The kitchen staff are excellent and the chefs prepare tasty food with a choice of food on the menu. Entertainment throughout the week is good and entertaining. Even weekly bus trips to go shopping. For those residents in wheel chairs who need assistance, it’s always available. Medical service is available for residents as needed. The rooms are large, well equipped with regular maintenance. It’s a pleasure to reside at Crescent Gardens. Jacob Harms.

My mom has been at WRSV for 9 months now and which has been a big transition for her going from a large farm to a one bed apartment. WRSV is clean and safe and this was a very important part of our decision to where she would go. The residents have welcomed her with open arms and the Staff -the staff has been so nice to deal with. From the reception to Meal Services who make sure she's eating, and Rachelle who knows all residence and takes the time to ask "hows your day?", is so lovely to see. I am very happy my mom has found a place to be in this new stage of her life.

White Rock Seniors Village cared for Mom in her final months in their complex care facility. They were just wonderful. I can't thank them enough for the care and attention they delivered to Mom and to the family. They kept me informed of updates and changes. Consulted with me, listened to me and advised me on 'best practice' for making Mom as comfortable as possible. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our Mom just moved into White Rock Senior Village the beginning of April 2025. The first person she met was Rachelle who is amazing. The minute you walk into the village you have a warm & welcoming feeling. Our Mom is very shy, and all of the staff and other residents are super friendly. We can’t believe how much Mom has opened up in the short time she has been there. She loves that she doesn’t have to cook anymore, and says the food has been delicious. There’s also housekeeping once a week, and they wash the bedding, and she’s loving that too. She has settled into her new home very quickly, and we want to thank the whole village staff & residents for making her feel so comfortable.

The Seniors Village staff team has cared for my mother since she entered. The entire team continues to welcome her and make her feel included. The thoughtful coordination of care continues to be respectful, welcoming, and coordinated from start to finish - be it from the front desk staff to the recreation team to the cleaning team to the maintenance team to the kitchen team to Administration and Management. Each team member takes time to listen to the residents, considering various and divergent needs as the residents move through this stage in their lives. White Rock Seniors Village provides three yummy, creative, and balanced meals every day, and a collection of very large heats. Thank you for helping my mother to age in place.

My mother and father have both resided at White Rock Seniors Village. This is a warm and friendly place. All the staff; the administration, the nurses, the care aides, the housekeeping, the kitchen help and the greeters- all have been so helpful, understanding and patient. I cannot say enough good things about Si and her amazing knowledge about special needs residents. Her advice has made our search for a place that can accommodate his special requirements so much easier. This is an amazingly honest person who cares more about the potential resident and less about making more money for the company.

My mother has been living @ the Village for nearly 4 years. Albeit she was a reluctant guest to start with, she has slowly accepted her living arrangements. I know she is being well taken care of & that is a major relief for me. I have found the staff to be caring, sympathetic, & understanding. A person can be as busy or social as they like, as there are lots of activities for them to be involved in. I have found when I have raised a concern, it gets dealt with promptly. One concern had been a cleaning issue in her suite. Quickly it was addressed & resolved. There is a nice feel’ to the Village & it feels very homey’ & comfortable. Lunches appear to me to be a little repetitive. I wish there were more dishes with sauces; cheese, cream, or gravy & possibly less green salads. I know my mother loves sauces & less salad greens. All the people working there take the time to acknowledge the guests by name & greet the visitors. A smile is always on their lips.

My father-in-law has resided at the White Rock Seniors Village for a year and nine months and thoroughly enjoys the friendly and helping environment, and the other residents. He is very happy at the Village. My wife and I visit him regularly and enjoy the pleasant staff and the friendly environment. We would heartily endorse the facility to anyone looking for the type of care and security offered in this instance.

I put my dad in this home in 2016 and it's been wonderful, very nice people that work there and lots of entertainment going on. Very friendly place. My dad is still there and it's now 2017. I stay there and had dinner there with him and I am very impressed.
