We recently moved Mom into the Waverley, after a fire in her previous care home. We were nervous about moving Mom. She has transitioned with ease and absolutely loves her new home and the people there as well. Sara Grant was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help us get Mom into the right place for her. Marilyn at the front desk was the friendly face we needed at a crazy time. We can’t say enough good things about all the staff we have had contact with while moving Mom in and getting her settled. We are hoping for a nice long stay at the Waverley, it’s reassuring to know that when Mom needs to transition into the next phase of life the Waverley and their wonderful staff we be there to help. Thank you too all the staff for making what could have been an awful experience into one of most lovely experiences given the circumstances. We’re so glad to have found the Waverley!

As a resident living at Waverly Seniors Village I feel happy to be here. I have a beautiful comfortable bright room. The care is great, and the food is good, and I have made lots of friends. I play bingo and go on bus outings that I enjoy very much. I would recommend The Waverly as a great place to live.

Over the past year and a half, our mom has been well looked after by such caring and dedicated staff members! From Waverly’s administrative team, nursing staff, recreation staff, kitchen and maintenance staff, Mom was always greeted with respect and compassion. Regardless of my mother’s progressive dementia, she felt loved and valued! Our family also felt welcome and connected whenever we walked through Waverly’s front door which was sometimes daily. This is truly a special place and we can’t thank Waverly Staff enough for all they have done for our mother’s final days on earth!

My family & I recently placed our Mum in the Waverly and we mostly dealt with Sarah. She was incredible to deal with & during this time our Father passed away and quickly Sarah provided our Mum with a bed in LTC as she was not able to move into Assisted Living without our Father. Sarah was so professional, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She interacted with many members of our family and we all LOVE her to bits. She’s amazing. For the short time our Mum was living there she was well taken care of and well loved and it’s such an awesome place. Our Mum has since been moved to Maple Ridge which is closer to our family but I would 100% recommend anyone to visit this place and consider it for their LOVED ONE. The Waverly is a great place with a HOME FEEL & Sarah and her Staff are all AMAZING ! Go and check it out and ask for SARAH RIDDELL, u will be happy u did.

The staff and professionals working here were exceptional. Unfortunately the ownership by Cedar Tree Investments, and management by West Coast Senior Housing Management and funding by Fraser Health is broken. They don’t seem to communicate at all with one another or more importantly the families.

This is a wonderful place to have your loved one go when they next step in their life - My dear Aunt was here in 2002 and she was dealt with such dignity- care - love - compassion and enrichment into her life - If you or your loved one are looking for assisted or long term care - you have found the place - care staff are wonderful and Food and Recreation were/are great as well! highly recommended!

Staff are very good, they care for you and help whenever asked. The kitchen staff are cheerful & happy. I love my one bedroom, to me it feels like a comfortable large suite.

I like this assisted living . When I came her 1st day I was little nervous. Then in this place I got very good and collaborate staff. They provide very good care to the client. They give very nice training to me I have good experience with Brennra and dawns thank so much give me good training and making my experience best

Went there to drop off coffee and witnessed all staff members singing happy birthday to a resident. There is a strong positive community feeling when I walked in there.

Recently took a tour of Waverly Seniors Villiage and was quite impressed with the warm reception from the staff. The facility has a homey feel and has lots of activities to entertain the residents. The residence is in close proximity for outings and shopping, which is a great convience for family members wanting to take their seniors out for a day.

My Sister after a terrible last 25 years ended up in Abbotsford hospital for 3 months , very Sick, blind and depressed, she was accepted as a resident at The Waverly with nurses and care aids becoming her friends in short order, Debbie for the first time for most of her life is respected and treated very well in The Waverly Seniors Village, All staff are amazing and watch out for Debbie all the time, if they notice an issue with my sister they call and let me know, I saw a care aid come in and kneel down and talk a misunderstanding out with my sister, an example of how much respect she gets from the staff, Debbie may get her sight back next summer and she is excited to see the friends she has made both Staff and other residents and looking forward to walking to Tim Hortons on her own to have her favourite thing of all, a double double or going on the Waverly bus for an outing.Debbie tells me how much she loves The Waverly and staff when we talk in private and she adores all those treats they bring daily to her room I personally thank the Staff for all the help and advice they have given me in ensuring Debbie has a nice life into her future.
