I am the Community and Marketing Director here at Royal Retreat. I came from a different assisted living community, I must say the working environment is less stressful I enjoy my job. The Ownership is family oriented they treat and care for the residents with love and care and dignity. My first choice if I ever needed to put my loved one in an assisted living community Royal Retreat would and will be my first choice!

The facility is well kept and tidy. The management is very invested in the ALF and quickly addresses needs that have been requested. It's a great place for families to leave their loved ones to be assured that they are well taken care of like home and is a serene place for seniors to live in. It's a very professional place to work as a well with a coordinated inter disciplinary team too! You will never regret your experience either to stay or work!

Royal Retreat has really been a godsend to our family.My mother n law moved from our house to Royal Retreat at the beginning of January.It was a very difficult decision for us to make. She has dementia and it was getting worse. You hear a ton of horror stories about negligent and just outright mean things that some employees do at some of these care facilities.So to say that we were nervous was an understatement.We were blessed to find them.She has always been treated with dignity and respect. The owner Mike is a wonderful guy and he is very understanding and kind.He is always there at the facility. How often do you see the owner caring for the residents?All of the employees there are sweet and always helpful.Carolyn goes over and beyond her job description and it is so obvious that she cares.You will feel like family. No one has ever been rude or nasty. My mother n law is always clean and well taken care of. Her room is always tidy and clean.She has her own spacious bedroom and her own bathroom.There is a beauty shop where she gets her hair done regularly.The facility itself is always clean and never has any bad odors when you drop by.The facility is setup like a large house that is very inviting. I feel like the entire team is a blessing and we are so very thankful for them!

Great greeting from the staff, very friendly, clean environment inside and outside. My sister and brother-in-law are well taken care of. The rooms are setup comfortable like home and I felt like I was at their home.

Royal Retreat has been a God sent. The staff are excellent, the best we've met so far. My Mother is being taken care of and that is a relief to her family. But most important is that my Mother feels safe and really likes it there. The residents are treated with respect and care. The owner stays at the facility so he knows what's going on. Mike, the founder of Royal Retreat, has done a fantastic job renovating the Royal retreat. Very impressed with the decor, plus the spacious and friendly environment. Mike has paid attention to every detail to make the Royal Retreat home for the residents. What is more remarkable about everything is Mike's physical presence at the senior living home, especially his thought to have most of the meals with the residents. He works so hard, from 4 AM to 10 PM, to ensure the senior living place becomes a safe, happy, and fun-filled home for seniors. Great job, Mike. We wish you the best.

My loved one is a new resident and we have been very satisfied with the attentive and loving care he is receiving! The staff has also gone above and beyond to make our family feel very welcome and informed about his care, as we visit often. It is a beautiful facility and importantly kept very clean! They have quickly addressed our questions or concerns, as we work together as his care-team. He actually seems to be doing much better at his new home and has adjusted very well, even with his challenge of memory loss. The owner Mike and his staff have demostrated they really care about their elderly residents, and treat them with the utmost dignity, patience, and care, as they all deserve! I truly believe he along with his staff, is dedicated and striving to provide an excellent, safe, clean, fun, and loving environment, which is nothng less than my expectation.
