Not all superheros wear capes! Danny went above and beyond to help assist in the process of getting my Grandma transitioned into Ravenswood Supportive Living. In less than two short weeks we were able to get the paperwork squared away and my Grandma moved in. I was amazed with how up to date and renovated the building is! It's comforting knowing my loved one is taking the next chapter in their life in a clean building and surrounded by staff that truly cares about them and their well being. Initially starting this process I was nervous but with the support and consistency of Danny, we were able to find a new home for my Grandma!

Highly recommend Ravenswood Senior Living! I called Daniel B on Monday evening, toured Tuesday- moved my dad in on Friday. Daniel was awesome and helped me figure out all the paperwork. The financial staff were also super helpful. My dads first response to visiting was "this place is uplifting!" Everything is brand new and beautiful. I particularly love that all the art is photos of ravenswood and Chicago! Also- there is lots of outdoor space! Super grateful that Daniel was able to help get my dad in here!

I was able to tour today as a fellow Assisted Living Management staff at another Senior Living- it's great to compare and learn from each other! Daniel and Jessica gave me an excellent overview of the services RSL provides. Not only was the space beautiful, but I noticed that the residents looked happy- I think that is very important! Staff were very nice. A 5 star review in every way.

The facility is brand new and beautiful. The surrounding neighborhood is very inviting with lots of interest shops, restaurants and Art Gallery's. All the staff we have interacted with are cheerful and helpful. Daniel was especially helpful in getting everything quickly in place for my cousin to move in.

In pursuit of my brother finding a home I was told of Ravenswood Supportive Living. I talked with Sales representative Daniel Barrios who explained how this great facility can be an asset for my brother and the amenities that comes with living here. Well my brother has a new safe environment and will receive the care needed. I am excited and highly recommend Ravenswood Supportive Living for your love one.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at ravenswood the manager Danny Bossario was very helpful into making my decision to live there his staff was very helpful and courteous to me as well, Jessica helped me out as well. Danny made me feel as though I've known him for many years. But the few encounters I had with him were remarkable and to help me make an honest decision to move in and I'm glad I chose ravenswood.

We are just moving my mom in, so while I can only comment on the application process and first days, I will say that our experience so far with Ravenswood Senior Living has been unbelievably good and night and day from other communities/buildings that we've contacted in the past. Daniel was extremely responsive and his team went above and beyond every step of the way! No detail or challenge was too large or small. And every question was answered quickly, and with care and thoughtfulness. This is a big transition for my mom and our family and Daniel and the Ravenswood Senior Living team have made it easier than I ever could have imagined. I can't say thank you enough. We're looking forward to my mom getting settled in and enjoying the beautiful facility, staff, fellow community members, and neighborhood.

My mother just moved in here today and I do not even have the words to describe the top notch service I got from the team there. The admission process from start finish was so seamless because Danny, the sales director, gave me such precise directions on what paperwork was needed. He went over and beyond knowing the dire need I was in to get my mom the right care by checking in countlessly.. even while on vacation in Puerto Rico! He is truly a gem! The place is brand new and impeccably clean. They have amazing amenities like a roof deck, library, fitness center. I know my mom is going to absolutely love living there. I toured Ravenswood Supportive Living recently for my mother-in-law. We were both blown away by the transformation of this building and I'm pleased that it has been given new life in the Ravenswood neighborhood. The apartments we saw were big, bright and airy, and had nice city views. Everything is brand new and we were honestly shocked that the prices weren't higher! Seems like an amazing deal to us and I can't wait for her to move in. Also want to mention that we worked with Brentley in sales to complete the paperwork and it has been a very easy and smooth process. 5 Stars isn't enough!!
