I recently had to change Assisted Living facilities for my sister. I was a bit hesitant, but am pleased with what I have found at Braswell's Mediterranean Gardens. The staff is helpful, caring and attentive; the administrator, Keely, is in control of her team and the residents. She is always available to chat and listens to any concerns , offering suggestions and problem solving. My sister is happy with the activities that are offered, and has no complaints about the food she is given. If I have one suggestion... it would be to update the paint and flooring as it is a bit old and outdated. The new administration is trying hard to make this facility nice for those who need a place to reside.

I visited the place the other day and there is a smell, I believe is the carpet that smells, is duty and it has stains. Even in the bedroom that I went in it was a strong smell. I don't understand why can't the person in charge cleans n shampoo the carpet. I don't think the smell is healthy for the elderly n staff to breathing such odor is bad for their lungs.
