When my grandmother was here, I really enjoyed the welcoming and warmth I felt while visiting, and they treated her SO well. She had a great living space - liked the meals... I do think there is somewhat of a disconnect between management and staff - although always kind, it appeared that some were overworked. Could certainly be a difficult recruiting situation, but something that should be addressed to keep the best PCA's there...

Always feel welcome when entering the building. Staff very nice and have made it really home like for my mom. Only thing I'd say could change is maybe having a nurse on duty more often and able to talk to other then that i would recommend Valleyview for family or friends

i have entered this facility multiple times but as of the last couple months I have been welcomed with some very friendly morning aides and they don't avoide you but always some how connect even if it's just hi how are you or asking if help is needed! Keep up the awesome work and continue to grow as a better team!
