Turners Rock has been a wonderful place for my mom since she moved in this past March. The facility is beautifully decorated, with an upbeat and welcoming environment that really makes it feel like home. The staff is incredibly personable and attentive, taking great care of my mom while ensuring she stays engaged and active. There's always a variety of activities on the daily schedule that residents can join, and my mom loves participating in them. The restaurant is very good, service good food and providing a great place for residents to socialize and enjoy meals together. The bistro and other gathering areas around the facility are equally inviting, creating a strong sense of community among the residents. Overall, we are so happy she's found a place where she is well cared for, and she's really enjoying life at Turners Rock. Highly recommend this community!

We moved my mother here 2 years ago. The culture here is right with a spirit of caring and support. Will, the activities director is engaged and connected with the residents and mom (97 years and still going) won't miss any of his classes and programs. My wife says that Turners Rock is a cruise ship that never leaves port. The programs and activities are creative and engaging and the level of socialization and engagement keeps mom going and enthused. From the GM, Brad Eldridge to the front desk ladies to the front line staff, we have never been concerned or unhappy. When we drop in to check on mom we rarely catch her in her room because she is out and about and engaged with the activities and programs there.

My dad chose to move to Turners Rock after living alone for several years after my mom passed. Both he and I couldn't be happier with his decision! Every staff member there, from the front desk receptionists to upper management, goes above and beyond each and every day to make residents feel cared for and at home! Dad has made many new friends, and the Activities Director has made sure that he never lacks things to do, including cards and other games, barbecues, many outings, and activities that include family and friends. He loves that the dining room is open from 7:00 to 7:00 each day, so that he can eat or have a snack any time he wants. The bus/car chauffeur is so sweet and accommodating, taking him to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc. Everyone is so friendly whenever I visit there, and my questions are always welcomed and, many times, even answered personally by Brad, the General Manager! If you are considering a new home for your parent or loved one, you should tour Turners Rock to see just how beautiful and welcoming it is! Thank you Turner's Rock for caring so much about my dad!

We were so impressed the moment mom walked in everyone was so kind. Christine was so sweet and knowledgeable as well as took her time and was patient with all of the questions. Will also showed friendliness and enthusiasm with the activities he was leading and included us in everything! Mom is now moving in and I can't wait to hear all about the new friends she will meet and the wonderful staff helping make her stay so enjoyable.

My Mom and Dad both have resided at Turner's Rock. They have taken well care of them and it is like family there. My Dad enjoys all the activities they provide. My Mom has since passed and everyone at Turner's took exceptional care of her up until the end. We really enjoy going and eating at the restaurant with Dad. The food is great and the service is exceptional!

Shout out to Turner's Rock! My parents have lived there for a little over a year now and the attention they have given them is amazing. The apartments are very nice, and very up to date. My parents love their patio! Food is amazing, having nutritious food at your fingertips is so appreciated. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of them and for being so accommodating with requests.

My mother is a resident at Turner Rock in the Independent living community. Wonderful retirement living facility. The staff is so caring and professional. Lots of activities for the residents to do each day. Will is great at coordinating all the fun things for the residents to enjoy. Beautiful, comfortable apartments. Anytime dining in the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant are all so friendly and efficient. My Mom loves living there!

My parents have lived at Turners Rock for almost three years and love it!!! William the activity director is AMAZING!! He keeps them so busy with activities throughout the day. The quality of activities and entertainment is stellar. Everyone is so grateful to have him there and think of him as a grandson. He works so hard to keep everyone engaged and happy and mentally challenged. He works so hard and long days he could sure use so help doing the super job he does. All the stuff is great at Turners. They have a wonderful young man in the dining room who is also exceptional, his name is Elijah. He is also a treasure!

When it was time for my Mother to move from her home to an independent living community, we researched and visited a few communities in the Springfield area. Upon visiting Turner's Rock, my Mother knew this was the place for her. From the first visit and tour with Christine, my Mother felt that she would like to move there. Christine made a great 1st impression and took time with my Mom and showed her kindness and made her feel welcomed. My Mother was on the waiting list for quite awhile, which speaks to the desire for people to live there. After receiving the call that an apartment was open, she began the process of moving. During this transition time, the staff has been wonderful and welcoming. Lora has been nothing short of genuine, kind, caring and professional. The General Manager, Brad Eldridge was so caring and thorough with all of the paperwork and process and exemplifies the excellence that makes Turner's Rock a special place. My Mother is very excited to be a part of the community at Turner's Rock and feels like she is moving to a 5-star resort. A big thank you to everyone we have met thus far at TR. Everyone has been genuine, caring and excited for my Mother to move in and we couldn't ask for more.

Turners Rock has been such a blessing to our family. They have independent living, assisted living and memory care areas. Our experience has been primarily in the assisted-living area. I appreciate all the staff and the wonderful food, care and loving environment they provide. Every day there are several activities for the residents to keep them engaged in their community, which is an extension of their family.

I recently visited Turner's Rock for a scheduled tour, after I spoke with Christine, Community Relations Director. I met with Lora, Community Relations Assistant. Both were awesome & explained the options available. Lora provided a wonderful tour for my sister-in-law & I. Answered questions & explained options, activities & events. All the residents seemed so happy , which is very important to someone in the decision making process! I greatly appreciated Lora's time and patience! Marilyn

I just started working at Turners Rock a few months ago and I love it! The staff all genuinely cares deeply about all the residents, the residents are all wonderful, and of course, the D.O.N. (Lisa) is an amazing human with a huge heart, who goes above and beyond for her staff and her residents! I absolutely love it here!
