The care team was very kind and compassionate. My grandmother was only there for a short time, but Renata, Jessie, and the rest of the team were very helpful with getting her moved in and set up quickly, and communicating recommendations to myself and my brother. Whenever I visited, the facility was clean and had a positive energy to it, and it was great that they had options for different personalities, such as people who prefer their own room versus sharing with someone. My grandmother was the type who felt she was "too young and cool" for an assisted living/memory care place up until her very last days, but other residents that I interacted with seemed very happy and had made friends with each other. I think every time I walked in there was a game of BINGO going on!

My mother is currently at Best Care in Punta Gorda FL. She is in a Memory, full care room. She has been there 8 months, and absolutely loves the facility and staff. This is the fifth home I have moved her too, and I was very disappointed with all the others. She looks great, is happy and clean, she gets her hair done all the time and has friends to mingle with. I'd like to share my review for all and anyone who is in the need for am Assisted Living/Memory Care facility which my husband, Ron Oriel, needed. I particularly would like to mention Ms. AMY TITUS, director of Sales and Marketing. She was a tremendous help to me when the time came to place my husband in a facility. She was extremeltmy kind and compassionate and showed my husband a goid deal of respect.and me also. It's a difficult decision to make, but Amy walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions, no matter how many I had. Thereafter, any concerns or needs I had for my husband were expedited in a timely manner. AMY neve complained about how many times I called her for assistance. We couldn't have been treated any better. AMY WENT ABOVE AND beyond TO ASSIST US EACH AND EVERY TIME WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE BEST care Assistant Living is fortunate to have such a special person in their employ The staff was wonderful also. My husband was treated extremely well until unfortunately he passed on February 10th He passed in comfort and dignity Thats all I could ask for. The staff members are kind, attentive, and truly caring, treating residents with respect and patience. The management team is professional, present, and always willing to help when needed. My mother is an elderly woman who requires a lot of assistance with her daily routine, and the level of care she receives is outstanding. I am very grateful for the dedication and compassion shown to her every day. The food is also very good, well prepared, and appropriate for her needs. As a homehealth nurse this facility is amazing and very accomidating. Facility us clean and organized. JESSIE DIETZEL is an amazing resident care coordinator and is always helpful with home health putting the residents needs first and working with us to make sure their needs are be met!

We moved my grandma to Best Care about 2 months ago and she cant say enough about how much she enjoys her new place and friends. Great food, fun activities and friendly staff. The administrative team is very involved, I was super impressed. I want to give a big thanks for making my grandma feel so welcome and introducing her to new friends.

I have been friends with several residents for years and there have been a lot of managers over time. The care and activities for the residents deteriorated over the years to a really bad place but NOW there are NEW owners and management and I am really impressed with all the things I see them doing. They are renovating the facility and it looks wonderful. They have LOTS of activities for the residents that are fun and encouraging and exciting. They have programs where they honor the residents that are also touching and moving. The food has dramatically improved with the new owners. I am giving them 5 stars because the things I know about are so good. However I do have to say I do not know about the medical care given there. That is just not information I have, but seeing how hard they are working to make the place so much better I would assume the medical care is greatly improved as well. Thank you so much to Diana and the new owners for making my friends' home so much nicer and more pleasant!

My Mother has been there for three years . They have very caring and professional employees and management who go above and beyond whenever they can . This job is very trying and confusing. You never know day by day what you need or will have to deal with . Be glad you have people who actually CARE AND HAVE GOOD HEARTS ..
