Maintenance came in and took the cable from the tv antenna that was bought by the resident. We've opened several work tickets to have them return what they took, but no response. This was several months ago. Now it's watching tv that goes in and out all the time. When you are in this nursing home, all you have is your tv.

A very nice nursing home with excellent staff. My mother was very well taken care of there and now we help a family friend who's staying there. The rooms are very nice and staff very attentive. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy. Music, movie nights, bingo, card games... The only downside is the food has gotten very poor since a new management company took over.

My dad has been in the RCAC (assisted living) there since September 2022, and I've been very satisfied with his care. I have worked in health care facilities in the past, and currently am a traveling case manager to a number of similar places in the community. So when I give a recommendation/review, you can know that I'm comparing it to relatively wide experience! No care facility is perfect, and we lives in times when staffing and costs of care - for both residents and the facility owners - can be a definite challenge. What sets a facility apart, however, is their willingness to communicate with the resident/family to address any questions as they arise, and problem-solve together when needed. St. Anne's is excellent for this - since day one, social worker Jennifer W. has made herself readily available to us, and my father has been receiving compassionate and dedicated care from nursing staff such as Claudia, Julia, and Pat. I definitely recommend the St. Anne's campus for your loved one's care!

St.Anne's has been home to my mother for the past two years. I can say with confidence that she received excellent care during that time. I found the staff both friendly and professional. My mother was always treated with both kindness and dignity, which meant a lot to me. She has passed on recently and during those last difficult days, my mind was eased knowing she was under competent and compassionate care. St. Anne's truly is the home with a heart.

My best friend's mother lived at St. Anne's for several years in Assisted Living. The leadership did a great job at holding the staff accountable in caring for her needs. During the Covid pandemic, they made sure residents were cared for and allowed family visitations in a well organized and efficient manner. I felt safe while visiting knowing that 90% of the residence were vaccinated along with a large majority of their staff. Thank you to all employees and the leadership team of St. Anne's

Attn; please, Do not send anyone you care about here SNF & ASSISTED LIVING there's such a negative vide with the CNA'S & RCA'S & THE Majority or the management don't care about your love ones don't get me wrong you do have Passionate, Caring employees working there But with this COVID SITUATION you only know what the management tells you about your love one before you place them anywhere investigate if you care about the care of your family member.

My 93 year old mother has been living at St Anne's for 3 years now and it's become her home. The activities, the Christmas gatherings, the concerts, all the festivities, the high school volunteers, the staff are all amazing. There is very little turn over in staff. She especially loves the chapel where she can attend services every day of the week. Her one complaint may be the food, but it's cafeteria food plain and simple. Yet she wouldn't miss a meal as this is generally where she gathers to socialize. I have the satisfaction of knowing that when her money runs out, they have an endowment which will cover her costs and not interrupt her life. Thank you St Anne's
