My stay was very comfortable. They made me feel as if I were at home. The staff were very compassionate and understanding. The service was excellent. The meals were good, and always on time. The rooms were spacious with personal bathrooms. Excellent activities. Therapy was excellent and really helped my recovery progression. I loved my therapists!! The amenities were excellent. The Release Ceremony was awesome and brought tears to my eyes. I recommend Masonic Village to anyone in need of occupational therapy.

My father had heart valve replacement surgery in April went to a rehab in Whiting, NJ ended back in hospital with an infection so he was laid up even longer with not much mobility, he couldn’t even feed himself he was so weak, we then switched him to the Masonic short term rehab for 24 days, when he arrived there he could barely use his legs or arms due to the surgery and infection. I have to say at first I wasn’t so sure about this place, but they turned out to be ok. My father said the food was a hit or miss, the nurses and aides as well which is anywhere you go, he did have a favorite aid and I wish I could remember her name because she really deserves the praise, she treated my dad with respect, she really is good at her job, when my brother or I couldn’t be there if she was working she would take him to eat at the Bistro to help him out, she really was fantastic. Also, the rehab which I can’t say enough good things about that as well, my father had lots of good things to say about Ernie, I truly believe if my father had stayed in longer he would have been back to walking independently and not with a walker, which we are still working on that at home. He was in bad shape so I give praise to Ernie and the rest of the physical therapist for there hard work, excellent job ‘

My mother lived at Masonic for three years and I am deeply grateful for the care she received there. She first moved into an independent apartment, then had a short term stay in their rehab facility after a hospital stay, and shortly thereafter transferred into their assisted living. As a nurse for more than 35 years, my mother understood quality caregiving and greatly appreciated the staff who cared for her. The nurses, aides, and other team members consistently treated her with kindness, dignity, and respect. They took the time to get to know her as a person, not just as a resident. During her final months, she received hospice care, through VITAS and both teams of staff coordinated her care smoothly, always with remarkable compassion and professionalism. Their patience, warmth, and attention to both my mother’s needs and our family’s concerns provided tremendous comfort during a very difficult time. One of the things that stood out most was the genuine relationships the staff built with residents. My mother often spoke about the people who cared for her and looked forward to seeing them each day. I would highly recommend Masonic Village to families seeking a caring and supportive environment for a loved one. I will always be grateful for the kindness and dedication shown to my mother.

My dad, at age101,is a long time resident in an independent apartment at Masonic. He enjoys the activities, the friendship of other residents and the support of caring staff who are always friendly and professional. No matter the weather, he can always enjoy a nice long walk around inside the building. Masonic recently gave the Quilts of Valor foundation the opportunity to honor Dad for his service in World War II. They surely added to his special day!

WOW, this place is AWESOME! ! I thought I was coming here for rehabilitation, but I ended up coming to a resort! They treat you like a king or a queen in this place. Everyone is just so nice and helpful, attentive to your every need! I am just so impressed with the personal care and professionalism exuded by all of the staff! And I mean from the administrator all the way down to the aide that comes in and changes your diaper to the custodial staff!! The rehabilitation therapy division is top notch! They give you the personalized care you need to make your way through Rehabilitation so as to make your going home an easy transition. They will not let you go home unless you're ready to handle the everyday Trials of every day life. They ALL are to be commended for their fine tuned efforts and gentle nudging to help you complete your therapy. But the unsung heroes are the food service staff that provide the meals . And they are not just meals- they are GOURMET MEALS. You'd think you were on a cruise ship eating at the Captain's table. The elegant food choices in which they provide for you are straight out of "Bon-Appetit" magazine! The Head Chef is world class! Examples are: Stuffed flounder, Cajun shrimp pasta, authentic Chinese food, Tuscan bean and farro soup, adobo chicken, French onion soup, and even French onion soup grilled cheese sandwich, in which I was pleasantly impressed with! All made with fresh fruits and vegetables, along with self-styled desserts, to include a scrumptious strawberry cobbler and exquisite peach spring salad! These are only a small sampling of the items available to choose from off of the daily menu. I CAN'T list all of the names of the staff that have touched my heart during my stay with their love and compassion. All you have to do is look at the ENTIRE employee list at the Masonic Village at Burlington New Jersey!!! So in closing, if you are in the market for a rehabilitation center to get yourself back together prior to going home this is the place to come- Masonic Village Rehabilitation at Burlington New Jersey!!!

I've been working at Masonic Village for two years, and one thing I can truly say is that the support from staff members has made a difference in my experience. HR, especially Michele Brooks, has always been helpful, approachable, and available whenever I've needed assistance or clarification about anything. She takes the time to explain things and has always been supportive and professional. I also appreciate the staffing team and supervisors who try to assist and support staff when needed. Working in healthcare can be challenging anywhere, but having people who are willing to help and communicate makes a big difference. Overall, the supportive staff relationships are what have stood out most during my time here.

UPDATE: Today I attended an event here after being invited to a presentation for potential residents. We had a very informative safety awareness session led by the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management. The speakers, Kristen Carr and Trooper Joseph Aloi from NJSP OEM, shared practical tips on staying safe and healthy during extreme summer heat conditions. A delicious lunch and a tour were provided by April, and special thanks to Brenda and Meagan for organizing such a thoughtful and well-run event. We toured two separate one-bedroom apartments ” one on the first floor and a larger one on the third floor with a really beautiful view. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The building and grounds also appeared very well maintained. One funny note: the interior layout of the building is fairly unique, so it took me a little while to find the correct exit afterward Fortunately, with a little help, I eventually made my way out. Overall, it was a very positive experience and an informative introduction to the community. ***************************** - Masonic Village at Burlington is a beautiful, well-maintained community with a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are especially impressive”spacious, landscaped, and perfect for a relaxing walk. Everything feels thoughtfully cared for, from the buildings to the surrounding environment. My mom is here for rehab therapy, and the staff has been amazing. Kisha has been very supportive and helpful to both my mom and me regarding the facility. She always makes sure my mom gets to her activities and is well taken care of. Chrissy, the Admissions Director, guided me through every step of the process, made everything easier, and was very professional. Astra has also been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

We chose Masonic because of their outstanding reputation in the community. We have been extremely pleased with the care. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are their priority. Masonic village is one of the best rehab/nursing home in the area. My mother was sent here after a brain tumor was discovered leaving her with left side paralysis. She was completely dependant when she came in but with all of the amazing staff, especially Dan from PT all of her nurses and her aides especially anthony amd Florence, she has been able to move into independent living and start to get her independence back. The overall experience here has been absolutely amazing. The DON Jennifer has been a god send with taking my mother's case personally and helping us every step of the way. We know we will continue to have an amazing experience with masonic and know our mother is safe.

My mother spent the past 5 years in the Memory Care unit at Masonic Village, and I truly cannot say enough about the exceptional level of care she received. Over time, I came to know many of the staff members on the 7“3 shift, and they became like family to me. The administrative team, Joe'l and Carlo, were also wonderful and always supportive. The care my mother received was truly outstanding. She had not been ambulatory for about a year, yet she never developed a single bedsore”something I attribute entirely to the attentive and compassionate care provided by the staff. The group I affectionately called The Dream Team (Stephanie, Dawn, Rachelle, and Sherry) was always kind, attentive, and deeply caring. I always felt at peace when I left, knowing my mother was in such good hands. My sister and I are eternally grateful for the love and superior care they showed our mother. A special thank you to Dawn for the dedication and compassion she showed in caring for my mom each and every day. Her kindness, patience, and commitment meant more to our family than words can express, and we will always be grateful for the care she provided. Although my mother has now moved on to a better place and is no longer suffering from Alzheimer’s, I still visit the other residents from time to time because my experience there meant so much to me. My husband has recently moved to long term care at the Masonic Village at Burlington. He has also spent a number of weeks there in rehab. Our experience has been that the staff is extraordinarily kind and caring of us both. Chrissy and Astra in Admissions answered a myriad of questions we had and made sure he was comfortable and settled in right from the start. In rehab, Alyssa and Artense are standouts in care among many others. We are just learning about the staff in skilled nursing, but have to say that Lisette and her team are patient, skilled, encouraging, and always compassionate. We are very grateful.

We just recently moved family into the Masonic Village. It is not an easy thing to do, but everyone we dealt with at the Masonic Village did everything they could to make the move a smooth process. I have a really good people that took care of me. I want them to acknowledge. Alyssa my nurse, Anthony my night time aide and Florence daytime aide and I want to thank PT and OT they are exceptional Cory, Courtney and Laura they help get back on my feet and now I can do anything now. I accomplish all my goals. The weekend help is really challenging. They don’t answer my call right away. They don’t know what to do. The food is horrible. The kitchen should be really review. I would give 5 stars for my nurses, 5 stars for the PT 5 stars for my aides except for the weekend.

I stayed at Masonic Rehab for 100 days, and I truly couldn’t have done it without the help of everyone there. There were ups and downs during my stay, but the staff supported me every step of the way. A special thank you to Sylvia from the first-floor rehab team, she was always there for me whenever I needed help. Khrystyna, my nurse, was very kind and incredibly helpful with all of my concerns. Astra was my number one cheerleader, always lifting my spirits and encouraging me when I was feeling hopeless. Dr. Ike is the best doctor, knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to his patients. And my psychiatrist, Jamie, always checks on me and makes sure I’m doing okay. I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and support I received. Thank you all!

I came here for rehab and had an excellent stay. I met many amazing people, especially Astra from Admissions and Charmaine from PT. They helped me recover quickly from my condition. I loved it so much that I ended up moving to Independent Living to continue my rehab. It was a tough decision, but my family and I knew this was the right place for me. I would like to thank everyone for their help and for making me feel so welcome. I really appreciate that they have a caf©, which is very convenient, and the food is great. Masonic Village has been the best option for my mother by far! The staff is incredible with her (and the other seniors) and the care is impeccable. Dianne and Tammy are amazing and attentive and Joe'l is the epitome of patience, care, and love and is working in his purpose! This is an absolulte blessing! After my wife’s experience at another Rehab The Masonic Village was a God sent for us. The facility and staff was amazing. Khrystyna (Nurse) was exceptional with her care for my wife, as was the PT, OT, ST, SW, CNA and maintenance. My mom stayed at Masonic Village at Burlington for short-term rehab after breaking her hip, and the care she received was outstanding. She has dementia, and the staff were so kind, patient, and understanding with her. They made her feel safe and comfortable, and kept me updated every step of the way. The therapy team worked wonders helping her regain strength and confidence. The facility is beautiful and clean and she had her own room so we were able to spend all day with her. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed my mom. I highly recommend Masonic Village at Burlington!

The Masonic Village in Burlington has provided excellent care. I am POA for my Grandmother and we have been up and down from rehab to AL and back, but most of the staff that have been on the floor daily with her have been especially dedicated to genuine caretaking. We appreciate the communication and transparency of AL’s staff. Specifically Director Carlo Sipaco, Nurse Jo-Ann, and the aides that work every shift. Carlo’s leadership, multitasking, and empathy skills have shown many families in and out of Masonic’s doors every day that their family members are all correctly looked after, seen as human, and that he’s always around the corner somewhere for a laugh. A real good guy and an asset! Jo-Ann has relentlessly served the residents on AL for years, staying on top of her responsibilities and establishing true connection with her residents and their extended families. She has gone out of her way to make sure my questions are answered thoroughly and that i’m NEVER in the dark with a concern I have. She is also a real asset to the nursing team and she deserves a ton! As this process has been very difficult for me, the communication about my grandmother’s needs and the day-to-day operations/updates (which SHOULD be something shared often with the family!!) have been unwavering. This was UNTIL Marquis purchased the Village from the charity as care management and removed the Point Click Care portal feature for families” this was CRUCIAL to my inclusion on the needs and happenings of the person that I am responsible for. As we were supposed to go along with the transition, it was clear which of your staff were taken care of and those that were burnt out, and also maybe in the dark?? I can’t pretend to understand what this transfer looked like, but as an organization with an established reputation, you can do better. TO THE CARE MANAGEMENT- priorities the GENUINE and ETHICAL care of each resident. Establish a solid remote portal where families (especially a full-time in-school, hardworking grandson like me) can access vitals, clinical notes, daily updated charts/graphs, and medication lists. Allow me to do MY job caring for her as your staff does theirs, but I’ve been in the dark since JULY if it weren’t for the specific staff that have been retained. Second, check the integrity of your staff. These are people’s family members that entrust YOU (now as a for-profit organization!) to act on the best interests of ethical AND educated caretaking principles. Shout out to the staff named above for going out of their way to ETHICALLY provide care, do their jobs well, and communicate / respond effectively to MY needs and requests. It is refreshing walking through Masonic 1st and 2nd floors and at times being reminded there is good in the world. We share laughs, good-morning’s, and sometimes snacks. I wish the best for all aides and nursing staff that we have encountered over our long-term stay” they truly have good hearts (and hopefully good training too).

Masonic Village has been a God Sent for my mom!!! The facility is amazing and the staff has been exceptional. Everyone here is so pleasant as we are always greeted with a hello, good morning, how can we help, do you need anything, etc.So far this facility is far superior to other acute care facilities my mom has been in and I appreciate the care my mom is receiving including nursing, speech therapy, social, and Dan with physical therapy. Sure, we want mom home but if she needs acute post hospital care, we could not ask for a better place.

Recently I was a resident of the rehabilitation unit for a few days. The Nurses, CNA’s, Aides and others that assist patients are phenomenal! ‘ Nurse Krystyna and CNA Carleen were the best. I cannot express enough the way they treated me when my panic attacks happened. They were so kind and supportive and I really appreciated them. Of course I cannot forget the physical therapy and occupational therapy group, they were so good and so supportive too. I liked watching the other physical therapists work with their patients too. They have a very good understanding of the patient’s condition and how to treat it. All in all, it was a great few days. The food was great and the kitchen staff were very nice and helpful too! I’m very grateful for all of their support and help! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.’

Working with the team at Masonic has been wonderful from helping my clients from the Independent Living Apartments, to the rehab and long term care facilities. They have gone above and beyond time and time again for all the residents and patients staying there. My clients in the Independent Living have the ability to come and go as they see fit, socialize to their liking and still have a home to feel safe and secure and know whenever they need anything, there is a team member waiting by to help! I also had a client needing a short term rehab stay after a minor surgery and they were able to reserve the large double room for her to accommodate her spouse with cognitive deficiencies and did not want to be away from her. Their liaison, Katie and her team, set it up prior to the surgery with a bedroom and sitting area to make them feel right at home during the healing process. They were eternally grateful and I am as well. Keep up the great work Team Masonic!!

My husband was in there for short-term rehab and I can't say enough wonderful things about them they interact with the patients my husband's been in many facilities and this is the only one where they have a dining room for short-term and they get them out of their rooms and interacting with other people the staff is top-notch the nurses and the AIDS are wonderful I would not hesitate to use this facility for anything it was my pleasure to leave a review

My spouse Anna just completed two separate stays at Masonic Short Term Rehab (11/04 to 11/14 and 11/17 to 12/13). It is clear why this facility is rated 5 stars. Everyone from the nurses, nurses aides, therapists, etc. provide the utmost in attention to their patients. The food staff was also excellent as my spouse was never at a shortage of food choices during her stay. There was one particular nurse aide which really resonated with my spouse who has ALZ Dementia and that aide was Adeline M. (I think her last name was Mercredi but I couldn't get a good look at her I.D. badge as she was always working.) The many nurses, aides, therapists and food staff working the Magnolia section on the 3rd floor were just extraordinary. I was very glad that despite the distance from our home, I will always remember everyone there and wish everyone there a very, very Merry Christmas Holiday season. You guys are the BEST !!!

This place is nothing short of amazing! My mother was transferred to this neighborhood from her hospital and it was the absolute best decision ever! From the staff to the amenities and everything in between is absolutely wonderful! The nursing staff is so attentive and careful with my mom. The doctors explain what they're doing and what their plan is in a manner that is easy to understand. The physical and occupational therapy staff introduced themselves and greeted us all with such compassion. I've never felt so included in my moms care. Even the staff in the cafeteria are so sweet and welcoming with huge smiles as soon as you enter! The liaison Ms. Chrissy is an absolute God-sent! She went above and beyond to make my mother and our family feel extremely comfortable. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us all the amazing things Masonic Village has to offer. She even helped me make my mom hair and manicure appointments in their fabulous salon! I just cannot rave enough about this place! I'm telling you, if you or your loved one is in search of a care facility, Masonic Village at Burlington is hands-down the best around! My entire family cannot be happier with our choice! My mom will no doubt thrive here in this community because that's exactly what this place is... A neighborhood where everyone is unashamedly expressive with their care and love for their neighbors! What a place! ~ Enthusiastically satisfied neighbor!

Hands down the best rehab/retirement facility by far! The professional and friendly staff welcomed my mother with open arms, and provides her exceptional post-op rehab and medical care. Alyssa in Marketing is truly an exceptional and caring professional in making family members feel welcomed and comfortable when taking you through the difficult decision of finding a proper place for one’s loved one. She works with both family members and residents in creating a home-away-from-home where everyone feels welcomed and secure. The residences are spotless and fresh smelling with happy and smiling residents meandering the halls and greeting friends and strangers alike. My mother went to the Masonic Village at Burlington for care and rehabilitation. The entire staff, including the doctors, nurses, aides, as well as the general staff were so helpful and caring. My mother received the best care and consideration. My family and I were so thankful to have people caring for our mother who we could trust. The facility is beautiful, very well maintained and clean! My mother’s room was very clean with ample space and all the necessities. The grounds are beautiful as well. When we visited, we took our mother to the cafe, the workers were so nice, we enjoyed a meal and had fun watching the activities that the residents were partaking in. I can not express how thankful we are. We would recommend this facility to our friends and family, as well as anyone who may need care for their loved one. Our family was happy with the rehab that was provided to our elderly family member in Jan/Feb 2024. Now that the same family member needs rehab again, Masonic Home was our first choose. Luckily they had the bed available when we needed it. . Chrissy in admissions was helpful and we are looking forward to working with Masonic to assist our family member in healing.

My Stepmom who is suffering from Dementia was at the hospital and my Father had to make a tough decision to bring her home or was it time for a higher level of care. Masonic Village stepped in and provided tremendous support during a very difficult transition. They were able to level out her medicine so that she had more peace and wasn't so agitated as she was at the hospital. We are eternally grateful for the excellent support and the team who is exceptional. Thank you!

Recently my husband had to rehab and Masonic Village ( New Hope) was his first time there. From the beginning to the discharge (22 days) was nothing less of caring, kind & professional staff. Each one played such a great part helping us thru the process. From Katie to Nicole to the actual floor of nurses Delfin, Vonnie & Melissa and his Aides Florence, Anthony & Dom. Dan w/PT was always on it giving him the Push. I was there just about every day or popped in on my lunch.. Florence took so much time helping and understanding Jeff. Anthonys patience and always checking in was so needed @ night.. Dom always let me know he was there even when he was needed by another patient. The communication here was tops! Although being at rehab is not something we want but if it’s needed Masonic Village has it right! Thank you for a great experience!! Your facility is a true example of what rehab/nursing should be!!

My grandmother was a resident of the rehab facility and the nurses and aides were fantastic. She was very well taken care of. Any time we went to visit she was always clean and dry and looking presentable. If I did have any issues, it was usually resolved fairly quickly. I was not a big fan of the social worker because I felt like she didn't help us with much. My grandmother should not have been sent home because of the complex care she now requires. When I ha e asked the social worker for help with placement, she was not much help at all. But other then that, we had a wonderful experience.

All of the staff are wonderful. The marketing staff was excellent. They were very helpful and informative and patient with our several visits and many questions. The facility is clean and very well maintained. My mother, who is a new resident, is very happy that she chose Masonic Village as her new home.

My father was sent to rehab here on 2/18/24. What a wonderful experience, from the nursing staff, CNA's, physical therapists, OT, speech. Everyone was so informative and pleasant. Nurse Nicole, Q, Nikki, Dan, Joanne, and Netty, all get special thank you's for being extra kind to my father. My father then had a smooth transition to the memory care unit. Thank you to Michele Schreck who was absolutely wonderful and held my hand thru this whole process. I am so impressed with the entire building. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dementia is so very hard. Everyone here knows how to deal with it and help the family.

I had been trying to get my parents to move closer to me for the last year and have been dealing with Michelle. My mom recently fell in the house and wound up in the hospital and rehab (an hour away) which made the move closer to me a necessity. I reached out again to Michelle (as we had been touching base on the status of my parents move) and she worked with me to place my mom AND my dad pretty urgently at this point. Dad is in independent living and mom will be in skilled nursing. I chose this location as it is 5 minutes away from my house and friends of mine had their parents there and they could not have been happier with the care they received. We were impressed with how nice the apartments are, and how friendly everyone is from the residents to the staff. Michelle was so caring and such a pleasure to work with! She answered all of my many emails in a timely fashion which was so helpful and prevented me from being totally stressed with everything going on. She even offered me assistance and guidance when the situation of my parents care changed. I appreciate all her time and patience in this long process (on our part!) I am sad that I won't be dealing with her as much now that they are settled! 🙂

My mom recently made the tough decision to sell her home & move to an apartment in Masonic Village. We chose this location as it is 5 minutes away from my house. We were impressed with how nice the apartments were, and how nice everyone was to us from the residents to the staff. Brenda in marketing guided us through the process completely & was such a pleasure to work with! She answered all of my many emails in a timely fashion which was impressive. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and answered many questions for me with a smile! Mom is having fun meeting other residents and getting involved in the many activities they offer. I have been in 7 rehab facilities in the Tri State area in the last 3-1/2 years. The Masonic Village is the best of the lot. Clinical staff is top notch and care staff is thorough and gentle. Physical Therapy staff is persistence but is not in your face as most seem to be. Kitchen tries hard. Good ingredients, good recipes but food arrives cold at rooms and it is difficult for staff to reheat in microwaves. If they fix the temperature of the meals they get 6 Stars from me..

The leadership and staff at Masonic Village (MV) Compass Point Independent Living are experienced and caring, which has eased my parents’ transition to apartment living. The Health Care support team (is wonderful “ Dianne is responsive and has been so valuable in the coordination of my parents’ medical appointments and needs. Joe’l, Administrator of Independent Living, is hands-on, and Jamie, the Director of Community Life Services, is passionate and enthusiastic, creating a fun environment with a variety of activities and events. My parents have been able to meet so many people and are beginning to feel a part of the community. Special acknowledgment goes to Alyssa and her team for their time and support during the decision-making process. Alyssa is passionate, knowledgeable and sensitive to senior living needs, which was extremely helpful in the decision and transition process. Masonic Village Compass Pointe is a friendly environment, with a team, who works hard to enable their residents to remain independent!

My father was in rehab for a couple weeks at Masonic Village. Overall, we were pleased with his recovery after a long hospitalization. Nurses were informative. Jena and Victoria helped us prepare for his return home. Therapy services were great, he loved his team. The building was very clean.

When my mother moved into Masonic Village she was concerned as she was moving from a house to an apartment. The facility, environment, community and especially the staff quickly relieved my mother’s concerns as she rapidly adjusted to her new environment making Masonic Village her home. Both my mother and my family felt and feel very lucky to have found this facility and it’s caring community. My words cannot express how pleased we are with the community of care that we enjoyed while she truly lived the last of her 99 years.

Independent living is horrible you might as well rent a apartment somewhere else and pay one third the price. Meal choices are awful and the cafe is a disgrace. There is no full time nurse practitioner on duty for independent living to get prescription placed. They tell you the medical in basement is very good so we switched and it has been a nightmare. They promise you everything but give you nothing. Long term care will cause to go broke they are $400/day higher than other long term.

My mother has not actually moved into her apartment yet. Thus far, the entire staff has been very professional, kind, accommodating, and welcoming in helping us to make this transition for Mom. We were already familiar with the Masonic Village and some of it's wonderful amenities. We look forward to getting her moved in and beginning this next chapter.
