Hidden Springs is one of the nicest facilities I've ever seen. Let me first start by saying that I visit many different facilities, as I care for clients living in Independent Living (IL) , Assisted Living and Memory Care. I see only IL clients here. This is as good as it gets! So many PROS: CLEAN ( spotless), A+ staff in every area- always greeted with a smile, Activities galore ( see below), 5 star food- ribeyes, filet mignon, Taco Tuesday etc. , small dogs and cats on premises, dry cleaning services, food delivery to your door from kitchen in IL and I'm sure so many things I am not aware of presently. CONS: I cannot think of one. Although a few more visitor parking spaces would be great! That just may be a testament to how many people come to visit. A sure way to tell what kind of place this is: look at the faces of the residents living there. They are laughing and smiling all the time. This is such a busy place! It's a close social community. There is always something going on - Bingo, Happy Hour, Baking cookies, Music performances, Card games etc, Exercise Classes( their gym is awesome. And they have an indoor swimming pool) , Onsite Church Services, Theme Parties ( Wizard of Oz and Willy Wonka are just two these past 2 months) I feel blessed to have the honor of caring for clients here. If you're looking for an Independent Living location- you should definitely check them out.

When we were moving in to Bidden Springs our son-in-law described the appearance of Hidden Springs as being like a resort or perhaps a cruise. So much is offered in fitness and other activities that we can stay as busy as we like or as relax and enjoy our apartment. We would highly recommend Hidden Springs to anyone!!

Both of my parents have been very happy with the EXCELLENT food, cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, and the activities. It is a very active community and there are always people out socializing and not just staying in their rooms. I highly recommend it for your loved ones!

Hidden Springs is a beautiful community and the perfect addition for Senior Living to the McKinney area. From the professionally decorated rooms and social spaces, to the outdoor relaxation and reflection areas, to the amazing menu options, this is an exceptional retirement community to consider. Above all else, and most importantly, the staff is top notch. Kyu Anderson, the Sales Director, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is treated as if they were family. Every staff member I've had the opportunity to meet is kind, caring and genuine. If you are considering a move for yourself or a family member, Hidden Springs should be at the top of the list.

I love getting the opportunity to represent Charlin Hospice at Hidden Springs. I've been extremely fortunate to work on the assisted living side and in the memory care and everyone from housekeeping, all the way up to their senior management is outstanding! Brandy Fontenot is an absolute "wow" and goes above and beyond to make every resident and family feel welcome and right at home! The staff really cares and if I were to ever have to place my parents, I would choose Hidden Springs without a second thought! Care is managed well, and communication is key! Kyu Anderson, the sales leader, is a delight, and really cares about what is best for your family and situation! Absolutely a beautiful facility, great food, wonderful activities, and a true family like atmosphere where residents can have quality of life!!!

My parents moved into Hidden Springs of McKinney about 6 weeks ago and are so happy to be living in such a wonderful community. We looked at a number of other residence options in the area and Hidden Springs of McKinney was far and away their favorite. It is beautiful, new and we were very impressed with the amenities, the graduated levels of care (independent, assisted and memory care), and the friendly and engaged staff. From day one, the residents made my parents feel welcome and they have already developed some good friendships. There are many interesting people and a vibrant social community. There are lots of fun activities, delicious chef-prepared food, and beautiful apartments and common areas. Kyu Anderson is a gem and went above and beyond to help my parents choose just the right apartment. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

I chose Hidden Springs of McKinney because 1. There are 3 separate ares for independent living, assisted living, and memory care , which will fit my needs now and in the future. 2. Hidden Springs is new and clean and has all the bells and whistles. 3. I didn't have to buy into Hidden Springs and the rent covers EVERYTHING. I like Hidden Springs of McKinney because 1. Residents in Independent Living are vital and friendly, have led interesting lives and are very happy where they are. 2. The staff makes sure we have a good time here, has interesting activities, and enjoys being with us. 3. The food is good in the facility is exceptional.

I am thrilled to be living here among people I cherish and in an environment of sharing and caring. Great dining (almost too good) fun and healthy activities. The staff are wonderful people with which to interact. There are no worries about maintenance, taxes or hidden expenses.

Looking for a place for my mom in McKinney. What a new beautiful location and food was great too~farm to table. This group seems lively fun group they were playing family feud while I visited and really made me feel like my mom was at home. I'm blown away with how nice this is compared to other senior living facilities. This is true luxury living.
