I cannot begin to describe the endless kindness and care from everyone here! Marissa, the Marketing Director, goes above and beyond and does an incredible job making families feel welcomed and supported. Courtney, the Executive Director, is not only extremely caring and kind, but has built such a wonderful team of hardworking, compassionate staff. The aides, servers, maintenance and front desk staff are always so friendly and caring to everyone, and it truly makes Harmony feel like home! I would recommend this place to everyone!

If I could give this a 10/10, I would!! The executive director is always willing to talk, very nice and sweet, and very professional about it all. The level of maturity for a younger executive director is above anything I have seen before. The staff she has hired treats everyone great and gets their jobs done and more!!! Couldn’t recommend this place any more than I have! Best staff we’ve seen.

I like my unit very much. The personnel here, particularly in the dining room, are outstanding. The maintenance people are also top notch. The food is disappointing and the front desk/ concierge staff are inconsistent in answering questions.

I cannot say enough about the new management at this location. From the time you enter the building you feel a culture of warmth, happiness and comfort. They are amazing every staff member is happy and kind. I have never seen anything like it. If you are looking this is the best of the best! My loved ones were very resistant and after 3 months they are settling in well thanks to everyone at this harts run location thank you team HARMONY!!! Oh and family nights are the best they make us feel so welcomed with a fun theme monthly it’s truly awesome can’t wait to join the next event

This is a great place for the elderly. Staff is very attentive and caring. There are alot of things to offer them here, plus the fact they still have their own privacy. I had my father in law there for over 2 years. I could not have chosen a better place for him. He was well loved and cared for by everyone, from nursing, Sue , head of medical, Nichole, most of all Dana, Activities. She had the best influence on him. If ever I had issues with him, she would handle it. She is very loving but stern. All staff members were great with him. I must add, he was existing before he went here,after being there, he was living. He was very happy there. He was 89 years old and I have to say, the last 2 years there were the best I had seen him in a very long time. There are so many activities, family functions and things to do there. I was able to go away to visit grandkids and feel at ease. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend it.

Our parents recently came to realize that it was time to move into an assisted living facility. Harmony at Hartwood was close to where we wanted , so we looked into the facility and liked what we saw. What stood out the most as being truly exceptional, was all of the staff that we dealt with. Everyone was so helpful , caring and passionate with everything they did. My parents moved in and immediately saw and felt the same way. With all of the activities they have and such a great staff, I would comfortably recommend Harmony at Harts Run

We had the most wonderful experience with Harmony. My mother and father needed moved from their winter home in Florida to assisted living in Pittsburgh Harmony worked with us every step of the way. The transition from airport to direct admittance was done so professionally and with tenderness. Would highly recommend Harmony!!!

I was very pleased with the facility. The layout was great. Had lots of things to offer. Mobility activities. Workout Spaces. Personal trainer to help. Lots of dining areas. Multiple areas for relaxing and lounging. Staff was very pleasant and the nurses were attentive. The administration was extremely helpful in showing me around giving me the concise information I needed to make Important decisions. They had multiple Living space options. Studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom options. Different floors to coincide with the needs one might have. You can bring in your own caretakers if you want to. You can have Hospice come in as needed. No limit to family visits or times. All around great choice for you or your loved on.

Harmony at Harts Run has been wonderful with my father’s transition from his large home in Florida to Assisted Living. My father is very safe, comfortable, well cared for, happy, tells us the staff is very nice and is enjoying a stress -free lovely one bedroom place. In addition to the stress of a move, we were also dealing with a Long Term Care Insurance policy and they did not make the process easy. Kadie Davis went beyond her call to help with paperwork and documentation as I often requested. Kadie as well as Nikole Fickes-Weir were always available and helped us with every step of the process. I am so happy my dad is in such a great place.

My folks are safe, sound, are taken care of and I feel like the folks there care.. they have done everything I could expect and more. They make sure my concerns are addressed. There won’t be ANY place that’s flawless everywhere, this is a human based industry with humans at the helm each of these places have a larger corporation running it however each and every single aide, nurse, admin, support staff have shown compassion and care to the folks who raised me yes go there, yes trust them, yes it’s a community worth checking out for your loved ones contact me with any questions. This is a no brainer as far as I’m concerned.
