I have been a resident at Grace Assisted Living since 2021. It has an excellent caring staff. Meditation services are provided in a timely and professional manner. Meal calendars are available in a timely manner and specialty meals can be requested. Our activity director is a phenomenal lady. She goes beyond the boundaries of her duties ie. helping serve meals, covering absent coworkers' duties , driving the bus and of course her job by providing excellent crafts, table games, card games, etc. She has a professional and caring manner and always inviting residents to participate. She is always asking what we would like for activities. Chubbuck's Grace Living Facility really provides a 5 Star service.

We are very pleased with Grace assisted living in Chubbuck ID. Both of my parents are living there on the memory care side. They are getting so much better care and attention than they were at a different assisted living place. Grace's admin, nurses and CNA 's are attentive and want my parents to have a good experience during this time of their lives. The staff are easy to communicate with and get back to me right away with my questions and concerns. They have done a great job in learning how to work and talk with my dad that has advanced dementia. It is has given me peace of mind knowing that they are being such well taken care of. Also, the food there always looks and smells delicious!

My wife has resided at Grace Assisted Living in Chubbuck Idaho for three years. Grace has been a blessing to her and to me as managing her care is complex especially when it comes to medications. When Karen first resided at Grace special efforts were made by staff to ensure a smooth transition. The administration is accessible and approachable and efforts are made to solve problems. The facility is clean and has a joyful culture. I have been impressed with the food service. Grace not only cares for Karen but also for me as it can be extremely difficult when one's spouse resides apart after 50 years. My sister has worked for decades in the area of elder care policy, patient rights and safety. She has frequently told me that she is impressed with Grace Assisted Living and that it is easily one of the best facilities in terms of care, cost and facility. I have found all staff to be engaged and respectful. The chief administrator Glenda and her right arm assistant Sarah are both extremely helpful. Staff are caring and competent. There are many activities, such as Bingo, various board and card games. I particularly enjoy morning exercise. Residents are friendly and get together for all sorts of things. Regarding the dining room, the menu is well planned and the cooks are accommodating to special dietary needs. I enjoy my studio apartment because I feel at home and the love of my family.

Fantastic place. Mom has made new friends and loves the activates and great meals there. Fantastic and very friendly staff. They always greet you with a smile and tell you good morning or good afternoon. Front office staff has always answered my questions and treat mom very well. The medication distribution could use a little work but all in all, not bad at all. It's nice to have the comfort that mom is taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. We are very impressed with the faculty and the facility at Grace!! My mom has been there for the last 2 months and she has made some friends and enjoys the activities. I always joke with her that I may start eating my lunches there cause the food always smells amazing. The staff is very attentive and always makes sure she has everything she needs or asks for, within limits. The building is beautiful and very well maintained and we are very pleased with every aspect of the building and when our time comes I hope we are half as lucky to have a facility as nice and an amazing staff to help us out. Thanks for all you guys do for my mom!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!

My spouse has resided at Grace Assisted Living since March of 2021. We could not have had a better experience. The head administrator Glenda knows each resident by name and is often found serving meals so she can have daily interaction with each person. During business hours the phone is always answered by a capable human being. The facility is spotless and unlike other facilities there is not that awful institutional smell. Nurse Katie is appropriately available to assist with medical questions and needs. Sara and Christine at the front desk are the best. Even the gal who cleans the room comes in with a smile and a warm greeting every time. It is obvious beyond the shadow of a doubt that the workers take pride in their craft and truly do care deeply for the residents as people. They know each one by name and often know their room number by memory. At Grace Assisted Living they always try their best to say yes to any request. I sleep well at night knowing my wife resides in a safe and caring environment.

My dad suffers from dementia; he has really good days and then he has bad days. I know that no matter what is going on he is safe and well cared for. They have a great meal plan and he is always telling me that he never goes hungry.

Glenda at Grace has been so helpful in answering all my questions everytime I need to get ahold of her she gets back to me in a very timely manner. Love all the activities that are offered even if my mom doesn't choose to participate they encourage her continually.

The director, nursing, and all ancillary staff including, dietary, custodial/housekeeping, maintenance, and activities director are all outstanding and welcoming. All the staff there have been so pleasant to work with. The office made my experience of putting my mother in Grace as easy as can be. After thoroughly researching and weighing all options available in the Pocatello area, my husband and I chose the Grace Assisted Living facility in Chubbuck for my mother in law — with each passing day, and each new interaction with the staff, we're more convinced that we made the best possible decision to provide her with an excellent level of care. Initial plans to place her into the independent-living area of the facility quickly changed when memory issues unexpectedly began surfacing, but the Grace team took this in stride and quickly and efficiently accommodated her new needs, seamlessly transitioning her into the memory care unit. The individual apartments and suites in all sections of the Grace facility have been thoughtfully designed and laid out, for beautiful living and bathroom areas that feel spacious, comfortable, and most of all, SAFE. I can't speak highly enough of the Grace nursing staff and caregivers — they're competent and compassionate, manage to make my mother in law feel happy, valued, and special, and she LOVES them! This state of the art facility truly strives to provide each resident with their fullest possible life, through each changing stage of their life, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grace for anyone seeking the highest quality of care for their loved ones.
