This is the absolute best retirement community! Close knit, activities galore, 2 pools, 2 restaurants, a lovely little golf course, and amazing residents!

My father moved into Good Samaritan in 2019, sadly he passed away in March 2021. He met lots of friends and never felt alone. I visited the facility after his passing, and met all his neighbors and the staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. My father always had something to do. Whether it was driving his golf cart, playing bingo or domino's or attending any of their activities. He was very happy at Good Sam's. I truly recommend this place. It's a very close knit community. I wished he had more years here. Thank you Good Samaritan.

Good Samaritan Society here in Kissimmee, Florida is a place where it's mission and duty is to provide not just an excellent professional service to its elders but to speak the language of the heart, with care and comprehension. It's marketing and sale department lead by its outstanding service representatives like Bernice Negron makes this place a paradise to live. We felt welcomed the minute we walked through the door. Bernice spent the afternoon taking us around snd showing us many different apartments. We even got to meet our new future neighbors. Bernice is supremely knowledgable about the Good Samaritan community. We couldn't have had a better sales rep., for she is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about helping people.

Kaz Fleming provided us with exemplary customer service in our search for a new home. We had been looking for several months and were shocked by the way people are routinely treated in the current real estate market, particularly if you are searching for affordable housing. What a different experience it was, working with someone like Kaz. He was extremely helpful in every way. He was patient and professional. He was funny and warm. This is just the way it should be, particularly if one is dealing with seniors. It helps put the entire community in an even better light. I'm so glad and grateful that 'Good Samaritan' was the first place we stopped. I was already pleased with all the things my father was going to be able to interact and take part of in this community, and then came the MOST PROFESSIONAL AND AMAZINGLY AWESOME MARKETING SPECIALIST AND PERSON, Xiomara Germosen. She took care of us, explained, and showed us around. She was the icing on the cake. We had other appointments with properties we had to look that day, but I was already convinced where I wanted my father's care and place to be. More importantly my father loved this place and Xiomara's services as well, ultimately it was his choice. Thank you Xiomara for such exceptional service, God bless, and see you all soon.

We visited the community and Xiomara was very helpful. She responded all the questions we had. We feel very welcome and my father in law loves the community. He will be moving in soon and I know is going to be in a good place.

My brother transitioned from Independent Living to Assisted Living a week ago. Today is day 7 in his new apartment and Good Samaritan has yet to provide a working phone for him. He is completely cut off from family and friends who want to call him, and he cannot call out. We have Bubble this up high up the ladder, and nobody a Good Samaritan seems to be able to know how to fix the phone. 3 days ago we were told the vendor was coming out to repair it, but they have not been there yet. And I have asked for a credit on this month's rent oh, but I was told they don't do that. Beyond frustrated with the situation and wish we had never moved him to Assisted Living.

We are getting close to retirement and wanted to take a look at our "options" even though we were no where near ready to purchase. Kaz Fleming treated us as though we were his most important clients even though we were very up front about not being ready to purchase. We fell in love with Good Samaritan Society and the people we met! Guess what? We purchased a place. We're not ready to move yet, but it's there and waiting for us!

They "care" for my mother. She's in the memory unit. Due 2 covid related issues with staff, I've been able 2 see my mother 2x in a little over 2 months. They do offer window visits tho

My husband and I are interested in moving to Good Samaritan and made arrangements to take a tour. Kaz Fleming gave us a wonderful tour of the campus. He answered all of our endless questions and since sent us some more information that we requested. Kaz is a wonderful asset to Good Samaritan. It was a very enjoyable tour, thanks to Kaz.
