Beautiful, clean, safe retirement center! Friendly and hardworking staff and they treat all their patients with love and great care. I recommend this place for the elderly community.

Place is in disrepair. Damaged walls and ceilings. AC not working with water damage. Hallways smell bad. Understaffed. Pricing is about the same as much newer facilities in better shape and more staffing. Everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly.

My cousin recently moved in on the recommendation of Jason, a business manager(?..). So far he kind of sold us ...a bill of goods... My cousin's laundry has been unreturned for over a week, last night she asked for something different for dinner and was told it was too late to change her order, she was told there were folks of the Jewish faith there and my cousin has yet to meet any...on the plus side, she made a nice friend and likes to play bingo.I am NOT over the moon about Emerald..its not a gem. .

The professionalism... The family oriented feeling you get when you walk in Emerald Park... the love EVERYONE has for one another...is ALL because of the Executive Director ... he excepts nothing less from his staff! He goes over and beyond for all the residents and staff...to work with him everyday is an absolute pleasure.... I would not chose any other place to work!

I have not seen my mother yet since she moved to your facility but my sisters and brother & other family & friends have seen her and told me that she is doing so much better there than she was at her previous facility. This makes our family very happy to know that she is being taken great care of & the facility is wonderful!
