I am the DON at Waterstone and am so blessed to be a part of this family. In all my nursing years this is the best job I have ever had. We have a wonderful staff who truly care about our residents and each other. To be able to come to work each day here is a blessing from God. This week without power due to the storm our team has stepped up and shown what it truly is all about and that is caring for others. Thank you all. As we continue to grow with staff and residents and continue to up our standards of care I am amazed at what our team accomplishes each day. This is the place I would be proud of to live my retirement years at. Thank you all for letting me part of your family.

I have been working at waterstone for about 3 1/2 weeks now, and I have nothing but great things to say. I see the behind the scenes, and the staff in the kitchen, caregivers, front desk, etc. are all so caring and truly care for each and every resident here!

I've been working at Waterstone for about 2 1/2 months. I enjoy going to work there. The residents are friendly, the staff is great. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. It's nice to work somewhere that I can ask questions and receive an answer right away. Or I can ask for help and get it.

My favorite days at Waterstone on Augusta are Pet Therapy Days on Monday and Thursday evenings. I love seeing all the residents loving on all the pets that visits. If you want to stop by and meet some amazing volunteers this is your community! Thank you Waterstone on Augusta and Team.

I've been an employee of Waterstone for over 3 years now. In that time, I've worn many hats!! I have worked in dietary, as Concierge, as Move-In Coordinator and now I have moved to the Care Staff, which has definitely been my favorite! While there have been times when I didn't see eye to eye with management but one thing has been a constant, and that is my love for this Community and our Residents! We cherish our residents!!

I absolutely love Waterstone the facility is gorgeous very well kept. The management and staff are amazing. Patient care is amazing as well the residents can definitely feel the love that is shown and they recognize all the hard work the staff puts in to making it run as smooth as possible!!!

It seems nice on the outside but they are very understaffed and have a high turnover due to bad management. Profits are the first priority and I had to take the garbage out for my mom almost every day. Food is horrible and the activities are non existent. It's all for show when they tour you around. Don't fall for it I had to remove her eventually.
