Receptionist named [name removed] is very rude and unprofessional. I called multiple times to get in contact with the manager and she kept hanging up the phone on me. She told me she didn’t know where the manager was nor when the manager would be back in office so I can speak to them. [name removed] was being sarcastic as well

Beautiful new modern clean community with enthusiastic and supportive staff. Excellent food. Ability to age in place from assisted living through memory care with hospice waivers too. Lots of fun special events for the whole family. They go the extra mile at the Oaks.

My mother has had great care at The Oaks at Paso Robles. From day 1 she has had individualized attention and care. The staff have treated her very well and they are attentive to family as well. They are advocates for their residents and families with professional medical staff providing on site visits and keeping family up to date on changes in their loved ones status. Last week my mom said " I'm happy here, what's not to love, and the food is so good! Check out the photo of her with the crown they gave her for Mother's Day. That made the day so very special!

My Dad Robert Prophet moved into The Oaks February of 2023 after the passing of my Mom he beloved wife of 66 years. The staff always treated all of us with great kindness and compassion during this huge transition in my Dads life. We work most of the time out of town and knowing his meals were prepared, his room cleaned weekly, lots of entertainment and socializing with other residents available for him. He was also able to have his dog with him which was such a comfort for him. We would never hesitate to recommend The Oaks for a wonderful place for your loved one. My Dad recently passed away and The Oaks embraced our family during that transition with Hospice. My Dad always readily told anyone what a wonderful place The Oaks was.

Met with Ricky and Emily over a tasty lunch. It was very obvious they care about the residents and they take their responsibilities seriously. It's a new facility that was designed with seniors in mind. There are a lot of little details that make this style of community living attractive.

Carl & Maria took us on a tour with our father of this amazing facility. The apartments are extremely nice with different styles and options. The amenities are plentiful leaving a resident or future resident with plenty of options to keep busy and or entertained. While on our tour we encountered many residents and staff all of whom were very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to see that Carl & Maria knew every resident we came across and took the time to introduce them and share their special talent whether it be painting, quilting etc. that shows they take the time to get to know their residents and truly care. Overall a great place I would not hesitate to have my father live in or recommend to anyone that is at point in life where they need extra care/assistance but want to ensure it is genuine.

The Director and Maria took time to show my father the facility. I was very impressed with the amenities and apartments. Super friendly staff and residents. A great option for the elderly that need peace of mind, companionship and a little extra help.

My grandmother and I went in for a tour today with Emily. She was the sweetest person ever! She answered all our questions with a smile, my grandmother LOVED her (and Mee-Maw doesn't like a lot of people!), and she's so compassionate, she's clearly good at her job. The building is GORGEOUS! Beautifully decorated. Clean! It has such a warm environment. Emily will definitely hear from us soon!

Respect and compassion for the residents and their families is clearly evident at The Oaks at Paso Robles. I had the unfortunate need to place by both my parents in an independent/assisted living community in less than six weeks time. The Community Relations Director, Christopher, worked with me every step of the way and was responsive to my questions and concerns. All of the staff members I had the opportunity to meet were pleasant, kind and compassionate. I truly feel they care about the health and well-being of all the residents. The community is clean and well kept. The residents I met at a "Meet and Greet" all spoke highly of the community and I've heard nothing but good things about the food. I had the opportunity to enjoy several meals there and all were very good! My parents are both adjusting well and I have peace of mind knowing they are in such a caring and supportive community and receiving the care they each need. One of my parents has some memory and cognitive impairment and the other has physical limitations after suffering a stroke.
