Staff is so nice and friendly, this place is so clean and well maintained. I love that they have indoor activity rooms and a coffee bar. There are so many places to sit all around this place. You don't need to stay in your apartment the whole time. Everyone was so friendly, hi and hellos everywhere I went. Keep up the great work and positive vibes.

We found The Landings when touring communities last year for my mother-in-law. What a find! From Carolyn in Sales/Marketing, to Pedro in Maintenance, to the absolutely wonderful and kind front desk staff, not to mention the extensive activities offered every single day, and the out of this world dining options, we could not have asked for a better experience!

My father has lived at The Landings for quite a while and in different levels of care, and they have been exceptional in the care provided. The leadership is responsive, hands-on, and helpful. The nurses and caregiving staff are exceptional and attentive. And the administrative / operations team is quick to assist upon request. Would highly recommend all around!

My mom has lived in the assisted living section of the Landings in Batavia for 1 month. In the short time that she has lived there, we couldn't be happier with the facilities, food and staff! The amenities are exceptional, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the attention to medical detail is excellent! The visit was great. The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. The only issue is with Accu shield. The app provides no useful functionality. Can't sign in. Can't sign out. This has been going on for many months And the kiosks in the building have never been able to read the Q code on the app t to check in or out.

This seems like a great place for retired people or those in need of some medical or nursing care. People there seem friendly with each other. A lot like 1 big family. Very well decorated and lots of activities for all living there.

My wife has done laundry, clean out the refrigerator and sweep. We found towels and clothing that had been there for over 2 weeks. This is a service that is provided by the Landing's then why is it not done.

The Landings in Batavia has welcomed my mom with open arms. Every single staff member, regardless of their title, are kind and accommodating. The nurses are incredibly hard working and make sure my mom is safe and well taken care of. I am so impressed with this entire facility. They have given us both a gift, and I am incredibly grateful.

I had an interview today and it went well. As I was driving home, thinking whether should I take the offer or not. One of the reason why I did, it is because one of the resident came and stand next to me as I was waiting to be interviewed. I was looking at my cellphone and she saw the picture of my kids. She said, you have such adorable kids! I bet they were so proud of you! I said, thank you for making my heart happy. She said, your heart should always be happy even when sometimes you feel sad. This beautiful lady makes my heart melt already and would really love to take care of her! Overall, amazing staff, very pleasant and a humble place to work for.
