I recently had the opportunity to visit Hayden Grove Senior Living in Bloomington, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this senior living community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded and comfortable place for their loved ones. The staff at Hayden Grove is exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I could feel the warmth and care they have for their residents. The employees were not only friendly and welcoming but also professional and attentive. The facilities at Hayden Grove are top-notch. The living spaces are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The dining experience is exceptional, with delicious and nutritious meals prepared by talented chefs. The staff takes the time to get to know each resident individually. Lastly, I was pleased to see a strong sense of community at Hayden Grove. There are numerous scheduled activities and events that promote social interaction and allow the residents to bond with one another. I wholeheartedly recommend Hayden Grove to anyone seeking the best possible living option for their loved ones.

Back in January I got COVID. Couple of the residents were concerned about me because they hadn't seen me for a few days. I've had good experiences with the staff and other residents. Everyone has been very helpful to me especially when I might be having a bad day.

I needed the maintenance guy CJ to fix a couple of minor things and he did so right away the same day I called. I have such a hectic week and weekend planning for husband's memorial and appreciated his quick response. Way to go, Hayden Grove! However, this year, they have raised the rent from $1226 for a one bedroom with garage space to $1390.50 which is at least 12% increase in rent. When you try to leave remarks for public on their Facebook page about the increase to make others aware, some of the staff are making the review into"Share Only" as they don't want the increase made public. They have erased all comments about anyone making the public aware, which is pretty shady, but recently allowed a few reviews where I wrote about the rent increase.
