We've been using the services from Visiting Angels for three weeks now and we've been appreciative of the care and support the caregivers have given my Dad. If the assigned caregiver isn't available on the day he or she can't come, we know for sure a replacement is coming. The main thing we appreciate is the communication from the case manager and when there is a new caregiver that needs to be oriented, the case manager comes and trains/assists as needed. We appreciate Adriana and Mayra continually communicating with us and letting us know they are here to assist and help. Hearing that means so much especially when we as family members are exhausted caring for Dad after they leave. We know that when a Visiting Angel caregiver is here, we can get a little bit of rest since Dad will be taken care of.

The first caregiver that came out did nothing but complain, but then they sent Maria. What a find. We changed her to full time, she was that good. So patient with my Mom who has dementia. Thank you so much Maria.

Needed overnight help with Mom on very short notice. Adriana came straight to the hospital and arranged everything. She made sure Mom was able to make her own decisions and get back to the comfort of her own home. We were so happy to know Mom was safe and her wishes respected.

Both of my parents have used Visiting Angels and we have had a great experience. My mom has been with her caregiver Lauren for over a year. Lauren is amazing and feels like part of our family. She genuinely cares about my mom and I feel completely safe with her providing my mom care. Whenever Lauren is unavailable, Visiting Angels has always made arrangements to make sure my mom is taken care of and can make it to her appointments. They are very responsive and kind.

Visiting Angels has been so helpful to our family, from assisting with my dad's transition from skilled nursing back to his home, and assigning caregivers to help support him (and my mom), as they try and stay in their home as long as possible. I have nothing for praise for the Angels. They stepped in to assist my dad when our family was struggling to help him. They are our heroes as they genuinely care for our dad while respecting his dignity and motivating him to be more active and to eat healthy meals they prepare. The caregiver who plays cards with him makes him smile and the one who cleans and makes sure he has fresh pajamas and his bed is made keeps things fresh. Adrianna manages the Angels and is so flexible and helpful! She's amazing!! She even bought dad some toy cars since He's always scouting old cars. Dad got a kick out of that! I'd definitely recommend this agency to families who have aging parents and want to allow them to stay in their homes. The Angels are an incredible resource!! Thank you!!

When my parents fell ill, Visiting Angels were a crucial resource, since I live on the East Coast, and my brother lives overseas, which made logistics challenging. The staff and the organization were a G-d send to us when my late father was terminally ill. Their compassion was amazing, and the crew they sent were, to the last person, were client focused. Visiting Angels has been a wonderful experience for us. The caregivers give mom their best and it is so appreciated. She is safe and well taken care of while they are with her. After searching for the best care option for my mother I found Visiting Angels far surpassed the other services. During the care period Patricia and Adriana were both kind and professional. My mother couldn't say enough good things about them when I returned from my trip. They prepared beautiful meals for her, followed all prearranged protocols, and left the house sparkling! Visiting Angels have been life savers for our family! When dad was discharged after fighting COVID 19 and pneumonia, we didn't know if he could walk, what his sleep patterns would be like, if he could feed himself, etc. Having the Angels allowed us to sleep at night, to spend time with dad with out having to handle the physical aspects of his care, to keep up with managing home health visits, keeping family and friends aware of his improvement status, and to just be family! Each Angel has a special place in our hearts and always will. Dad has said many times that it's so hard to cut back on the hours (we started with 24 hour care) because he's so attached to each one and feels so badly not to keep them all! We all agree and will be quick to recommend Visiting Angels to family and friends or total strangers who need help at home for their loved ones! God bless you Angels!
