My mom has received excellent care here. The nursing staff are knowledgeable and caring. Any issues are addressed immediately. I cannot say enough good things about the therapy department. They are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She had a broken hip and is progressing well. Tasia in Activities has found a special place in my mom's heart. She loves doing the morning exercises. Highly recommend. Again, of course there are going to be some slip ups especially at first but managment helps to clear those up immediately.

I cannot speak highly enough to honor this place and it's caring and loving staff!!! My mother was a resident in long term care at Bristol Rehab Center and Memory Care. She had the most wonderful roommate and she just adored the staff there so much. She was very well taken care of. Mom was treated so kindly and with respect. Many times when I would visit my mother, the wonderful CNAs would be in visiting her . When it was time for Mom to pass, I watched as so many members of the team would come in and sit by Mom's bed and just hold her hand. Thank you. That meant so much to me. I am so happy that I found this facility for my aunt. From the first day the staff made us feel so welcomed. Misty the director is very knowledgeable she is always there to answer my questions in person or on the phone. I feel that I have finally found the perfect place for my aunt. I just want to thank all the staff there for taking such good care of her which I know can be difficult at times.

The Memory Care facility here is awesome! The administrator, director, nurses, and aides are all wonderful to the residents there. The nurse practitioner is so sweet and she is easy to talk to about any medical concerns. They seem to genuinely care about the residents and take such good care of them. The therapy department is very dedicated with helping the residents. The director and staff are great at dealing with dementia and seem really knowledgeable about this terrible disease. This is such a good place for someone with dementia to be!! I've never seen a place that that makes you feel like family as much as they do!

My Father was recently placed here. Also my brother-n-law a few yrs. ago. Just like all of these facilities they are short-handed. There is some caring and compassionate nurses & aides that work there. Like most facilities there are those working just for the money. I am praying for those workers that are heartless and unsympathetic. The residents food needs to improve for sure. It is usually overcooked & cold. More help needs to be given to the residents during meal time. For instances: assistance in eating, cutting up their foods, opening milk cartons/straws, putting condiments on sandwiches etc. It is very sad to see a facility as nice as this one once was to be running down so fast.

The Memory Care Section of this facility is separate from the Long-Term Care and Therapy areas. I have worked in the Memory Care facility and love the care that they provide their patients. They strive to make the facility feel more like a home setting. They provide restaurant communal dining, providing even the smallest details such as shatterproof goblets and nice tablecloths for their meals. They have a dedicated activity assistant to provide activities for their residents. The facility is kept clean, residents are able to bring in their individual furniture to provide a more familiar environment. The director is very involved with families and the care. Of the many memory care facilities that I have worked in, this one is one of my favorites.

I had to put my father in a rehab earlier this year. With covid new and scary, I was so nervous about placing him anywhere. I am so happy with our experience at Bristol Rehab. The staff were sweet and always available to answer my questions. My dad really enjoyed Laken with therapy. She got him up and moving again. Joanna and Brittany were on top of his medical needs. And Rebecca helped keep his spirits up while being his CNA. They worked hard and did a great job.

My brother was in this facility for four months after losing his left leg below the knee due to diabetes. It was very clean and the staff was great to him. They even let his little dog visit him. The therapists worked wonders with him and he walked out on his new leg. Great place!

Great place with great people to take care of your loved ones... Yeah they got a few hiccups but what place doesn't... I'm not saying they're the best or the greatest because they aren't... There's no place that is perfect and its always greener on the other side...
