Wonderful facility. My grandmother been at the goldton almost a year and we love it. Staff is very caring and helpful. The ED Lorenzo and the DON are the best. I wouldn't recommend any place other than the goldton for my love ones.

I worked with the New executive Director, Lorenzo Dorse for over 5 years in multiple buildings in the Memphis metro area and I can say that positive patient outcomes and continuous staff development is something he takes very seriously! This business isn't easy and I've been in it for 12 years as an Executive I can honestly say Mr. Dorse understands and accepts the challenges with a goal to provide great customer service!

My grandmother lived here for about two years. She passed away in March of 2023. Prior to her passing she loved living here, she felt like home there and got to bring her cats with her, and we visited all the time. I'm glad she made friends here and spent her last days happy and well cared for.

My aunt was at Goldton Southaven for a year. When she arrived she was very independent; as her disease progressed she become very dependent. The staff and administrators were very kind and helpful in working with our needs until she had to be placed in a nursing facility. She was like family to the Goldton personal and residents. We were both sad when she had to leave.

They accepted my mom on short notice. Candy was so wonderful and helpful. The staff was sweet and accommodating and tried their best to make my mom feel at home.

The staff and especially Amanda, have been incredible. We don't know what we would have done without the timeless help and support from Amanda. She has bent over backwards to help us get our loved one admitted into The Goldton. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are incredible. Everyone there is so friendly. I, myself, being a CNA for 20 years would love to work there. Highly recommend The Goldton.

While working at the Golden Living Care as a RA, they do check for background and all the other info, The Director and staffing are very can, Director and Nurses are very on top of there game, they're very caring about the residents, yes there biggest problem is unstaff, they still manage to take good care of the residents, even those they short staff Ms. Betsy and the RN come on the floor pass out residents food, get them up and dress, I've seem this with my own two eyes , yes work there for 2yrs and 3 months due to my accident and bring hurting from it's, I still would working there as of today.

I have seen some amazing staff and residents at the Goldton. They have been through some tough times over the past 2 years due to COVID, snow storms, Staffing illness & staffing shortages and Im amazed at the staff who have weathered through it and stuck with it. The residents and families have been so gracious and cooperative with all the restrictions and understanding with staffing due to the country being in need of medical workers. Its really inspiring. They have a lot of staff who have been with the company for a very long time and I believe that says something about them. They are dedicated. Praying for our seniors!

I worked at lifepoint village for a very short period of time. But while working I enjoyed my both the Residents and the staff. I honestly don't see anything wrong with this facility expect the hire turn over rate due to lack of team work and lack of equipment when ots time to do your job. I haven't done CNA work like this in years. I think this community would be a much better place if they had the proper staff meaning good individuals that Loves working and have a passion for seniors that dont mind helping meaning team work! I don't expect for 50 years plus to be lifting or picking up on Residents. Its too much on a persons back and their health! Although assistanting a resident shouldn't be much hard work but when you have to physically hurt your body by help doing things that you love it becomes a problem. I tried to stay due to the Residents because like I said I love love my elderly seniors!! But when you working at a facility with other employees simple do not care. Is not a good fit for you or the Residents because I have always given my all making sure everyone is treated with the best care and respect I honestly will miss everyone I've came across. I wish my time with this facility would have been longer. Bc its not a bad facility its all about the roll of the dice.. and cna work isn't for everyone. Its not.. however I give this facility a 5 star because they go above and beyond making sure that their Residents are safe and well taking care of to the extent.. and when they are short they wil hire you not knowing your work ethic background which is failure yo the facility and the Residents and by that I mean work verification..knowing how many years of experience a person has had and weather they are a good fit for the job.. job shadowing the new employee after training making sure they are still a well fit. And making sure that they are ok with the team work and that the Residents are in good care.

I have worked with this facility for over 5 years. It is in a very serene and beautiful area with the best of everything, including their awesome activities director, clinical director, assistant administrator AND top class chef. The administrator, Becky, a nurse herself, comes with many years experience and tons of knowledge, but most importantly a great big heart and passion for what she does. She knows her residents and their families and truly cares for each and every one.

We just moved from Houston and relocated My Mom. She has been getting good care from the staff at Life Pointe so far. I think the staff is trying to do right by taking good care of her. It looks like the care. Could it be better? Sure it can. From Experience I can tell you she had worse. She has been neglected and taken advantage of before. I don't see that happening at Life Pointe.

Life Point Village is a beautiful, clean and state of the art facility! The director and staff are kind and professional and genuinely care about their patients. My mother has been a resident for over two years. I go visit several times a week and am very familiar with the facility. I am extremely pleased with the level of care she receives. It is very clean and the food is great. I love their open door policy. I can go visit my mom any time of day or night. I highly recommend Lifepointe Village.

Lifepointe village takes care of the mother of a good friend of mine. They do a great job and genuinely care about the well being of their residents. Not only just the physical wellness, but the mental wellness of their residents is top priority. They bring in art and music workshops and are currently looking to set up a fish tank for residents to enjoy. I appreciate what they do!

be very carefull of these folks looks like they defaulted on our Corporate Bond in 2012. Is anyone aware of where that process is going. We where told we held a 1st position on this real estate.

Beware, quality of care is poor. High turnover in staff: 4 head nurses in 3 years, dozens of caregivers, only constant was director. Loved one lost 50 lb. in 6 months since staff did not escort her to meals. Feces left on floor of bathroom for a week until I came to clean it. She rarely got help with hygiene in 3 years. The few good caregivers are overworked once families figure out who they are, other caregivers stand around while people need help. The good? Activity director very good, kitchen staff good. Note- the other reviews are by owner/investors, I rest my case.
