I have nothing other than the highest respect and praise for the Comfort of Homes facility, the quality of the staff, and their top-notch advanced assisted living services. The level of care, kindness, and true concern Lauren, Lindsey, and the complete staff provided my mother was outstanding. My deepest gratitude to each of them. Further, the facility, the engagement and activities provided to residents, and the sense of a community make The Falls feel like a culture of positivity and comfort. Safe, comfortable facility and kind, compassionate staff. We're very pleased with the care our "Auntie" received at the Falls. She genuinely seemed to enjoy her time there as she always had positive things to say about the activities and staff. A big kudos and shout out to Lauren for her professionalism, caring heart and fun personality! Thank you Lauren and the rest of the staff at the Falls for easing her transition and making our Auntie's final months fulfilling and peaceful - we are grateful!

I sincerely enjoy coming here to visit my best friend's dad who has PFD, which I think is a testament to how well this place is being run. It's clean and very cozy - it actually reminds me of the homes my friend's dad designed and built. There's a huge duck pond and lots of activities. The staff are very welcoming and helpful (and obviously working very hard), and they are very respectful. I used to work in healthcare and social services, and I can tell you that these facilities are sadly not all like this (not by a long shot ...) Thanks so much and keep up amazing work!

My husband resides at the Gardens. The two managers in the office run it very well. The care givers are friendly and do a nice job. Nobody is sitting around and playing on their phones like in Hudson. The food is warm, delicious, and is a balanced diet. Activities are plentiful to help the day go by. The medical care is great. They don’t force you to see Bluestone physicians like they did in Hudson. Communication is great between staff and families.

My uncle has lived at Comforts of Home in River Falls, WI for two years. He's received nothing but the best care. The staff is wonderfully communicative and well-trained. The community of people there are lovely. My late mom had stayed in three different assisted living places in the Milwaukee area over 10 years, and although these facilities were comparable in price, the care was nowhere near as good. I feel very grateful that my uncle is at Comforts of Home where he is treated so well.

The staff at the Gardens is really exceptional--they care about the residents and consistently show both compassion and understanding to each and every person in their care. One example--one housekeeper found my relative very sad one day so she sat down and talked with her until she perked up. That is a wonderful gift to our family.

I am extremely happy with the care that my mother has received at the Gardens. All of the caregivers do an excellent job, and despite her advanced memory loss, my mother is happy and doing well at this facility. They are making every effort to keep residents in good spirits while coming up with creative ways for families to interact safely with their loved ones. I miss my biweekly Karaoke sessions with Shauna Dean, the activity director, but am looking forward to the day when I can sing there in person again. All of the staff at the Gardens are "earth angels" for providing such excellent care in the face of this pandemic.

Mom has been here almost 3 months, and the change in her health has been dramatic. Her caregivers are excellent. They take the needed time to really listen, and establish a wonderful relationship. Dietary provides a great variety, and tasty meals. Beth, in the hair salon, keeps mom feeling and looking her best. I couldn't be happier with the care mom is receiving here.

Tia and Rachel were so easy to work with and made the move in process so easy. My Mom loved her apartment and loved the people while she was there. During her last days the staff was so caring and took such great care of her! I would highly recommend The Falls for their loved one.

My friend is very comfortable here for so many reasons. His apartment has everything he needs. There are ample opportunities to socialize. He loves the meals. Any concerns he's had have been dealt with promptly by the staff. The facility is clean and inviting.

Office and care staff are great! I'm very grateful for the assistance they give my mother. I would give five stars, however, the food that is served is not always the best. There are times when potato chips are served. This is a real concern because of the salt and also the possibility of choking for seniors.

Comforts of Home is an amazing facility with great staff. My grandmother has been there for almost a year and loves it. They offer great food and activities all week long that help keep everyone busy! I have seen other facility and Comforts of Home River Falls blows them out of the water. It is always clean and the rooms are very nice with mostly new appliances. If you are looking for a great place with fantastic staff look no further!

Amazing staff! Wonderful care! Beautiful facilities! We can't say enough about the compassionate care the staff showed our parents. Tia, Rachel, and everyone at Comforts of Home were so helpful and accommodating at all times and simply a huge blessing to our parents and our entire family. In fact, they became like family to us! We will always be grateful for the loving care they gave our parents during the twilight season of their lives. When you are looking for a place for your parents, you care about 3 main things(in my opinion). 1. HEALTH/SAFETY- I always felt both my parents were extremely safe and care for greatly at both the Assisted Living Building(Dad) and in the Memory Care Unit(Mom). I never worried about it. 2. The TREATMENT by the staff- I can't even put into words how friendly caring and GOOD the staff at Comforts of Home is. They truly cared about both my parents, going above and beyond in so many ways, I can't begin to list them except for one: a number of them showed up at both my parents funerals and at my Peloton4Parkinsons Event to honor my mom. The people will make you LOVE COH. 3. The HAPPINESS of my parents- Although my Mom was not "there" much during her time at COH I still could see a smile when Lexy and other staff greeted her and when we walked with her to the sun rooms and around the property. COH is bright in atmosphere and people. Tia and her staff at the Assisted living facility made my Dad feel so special, especially after my Mom passed away. they constantly "stop by" for candy and conversation, not only to make sure he was ok physically, but to try to give him a smile and a friendly visit. COH in River Falls is a special place. If you are looking for senior care in the area you can stop looking, this is the place. Thank you to everyone at COH for their tremendous care of my parents in their final months.

I was happy with Comforts of home from the first day I arrived. The staff was so helpful and happy to be helpful. There were a few bumps in the road, but nothing serious. Every holiday the activity director decorates and makes the place look very festive. The cook tries to make every one happy. The house manager and assistant are always ready to help you. The activity director is always thinking of interesting things to do. I have made some nice friends. A great place to live.

We moved my elderly dad from Appleton Retirement Community to Comforts of Home River Falls a little over a week ago so my dad could be closer to us. Tia and Rachel made the transition effortless. They made the paperwork seamless. All medical records, records from ARC, etc. arrived before he moved in. Most importantly, my dad is not much for socializing, but they got him interacting with some of the residents, eating all meals in the dining room, and taking daily walks on facility grounds - something he enjoys. We cannot be more happy with his transition! Thank you!

My mom absolutley loves the staff and Comforts of Home - The Falls. Tia and Rachel are always avaiable to answer questions and helped to make the transition and enjoyable experience. The nurses are wonderful as well Allie and Lexi always have a smile on their faces. The residents are also fun and involved with bingo and they are very active playing cards. It's a great family environment at Comforts of Home. I highly recommend!
