We couldn't have found a better place for Mom. The staff at The Club are not only professional, but incredibly kind and compassionate. She loves the activities, and we've seen her become more and more engaged. It’s a huge relief to know she's in a place where she is genuinely cared for and where her independence is encouraged. The facility is clean, the food is good, and the entire staff makes both the residents and their families feel welcome and at ease. We are so grateful.

My parents have received amazing care in the Memory Care neighborhood. The program has a schedule of daily/houly activities that offer thought stimulation, art, music and culture. The Club has live music daily in the dining room in Assisted Living which memory care residents also get to attend. There are also special events and BBQ’s that family members can attend with their loved one. The Staff is so kind and loving towards my parents - we have been extremely happy with our experience with this exceptional team!! Highly recommend if you are in need of care for your family members.

Earlier this year we had to make the difficult decision to move our father into Memory Care. After an extensive search and analysis we decided on The Club at Boynton Beach. We were apprehensive - was this the right choice, would they understand and care for our dad’s individual needs, and would they treat us all with kindness? Thankfully, The Club was very much the right choice. The staff is amazing - they care for our dad (and us) as family, they are attentive, caring and professional. The activities are endless and varied. Our dad is happily busier than ever and we also participate often. They even provide support services for families, which has been very helpful as we are all learning how to navigate life with Alzheimer’s. Lastly, the facility is impeccably well kept and homie, with our dad having his very own apartment (large bedroom, walk-in closet, living room and huge bathroom) and an in house chef preparing meals and snacks for residents, family and friends. The Club at Boynton Beach has done everything to ease us into and throughout this journey with our dad.

I am a POA for a dear longtime friend. When I noticed her health and cognitive skills were declining, we started visiting Assisted Living Communities. We stopped at The Club. There was a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere with bright light throughout. Care aides pop in every day to encourage open seating meals in the dining room where residents are free to choose from a menu with delicious specials that change daily. Residents in the community along with family and friends are encouraged to participate in daily activities and numerous outings. Transportation is provided for group outings as well as private appointments by a caring and dedicated driver who can be seen assisting residents into the van or repeatedly resetting the TV remote. The apartments are small but perfect to encourage interactions and socializing with friends on the first floor which is designed for that purpose. In the short 3 months that Carol has been living in her new home, not only has her health but cognitive abilities have improved due to nutritious meals, opportunities to socialize, activities to express her skills, physical exercise and proper administration of meds. Yes there were bumps in the road initially, Communication was a bit confusing but the ED, Executive Admin staff as well as daily care givers always made time to discuss my concerns. I felt heard and that is huge. Where else does the ED sit down every Thursday to air & share with the residents to talk, listen and share sports scores? My friend is happy, safe and well cared for and to me that’s the world.

Two stars is generous. The extra star is for most staff members who are kind and respectful to residents and families. The low rating, however, is because there are notable exceptions. One nurse deserves particular mention. She was at first friendly and warm and generous with her time, but after a year, began to be cold and curt with Mom, and then one day, she gave Mom her meds while she was sitting on the toilet. When Mom complained, she was told, "I don't have time to wait for you." A few days later, she did it again. When I confronted the nurse on this behavior, along with her change from warm and kind to cold and curt, the nurse doubled down, blaming Mom for being the problem and then blamed me for attempting "character assassination" for speaking up about my concerns about her abusive behavior. The behavior worsened my mother's illness and led to hospitalization and our move out of this ALF. I reported her to the nursing supervisor and executive director. When we met, the nursing supervisor spent most of the meeting looking at her phone, occasionally texting, alleging that she was looking down because her eyes are sensitive to the AC. The ED said all the right things, assuring me "We'll talk with her," but in the end, The Club stood by the nurse. She was still there when we moved out at great expense, including having to pay the last month's rent. Mom said she felt like she was being treated like a dog by the nurse. It's worse than that. No caring person would treat a dog this way, giving the canine meds or food where it urinates and defecates. I am steaming mad now because I wrote all of this to The Club and asked for an apology from the owner, the ED, and the nurse in question prior to their cashing the last check that covered the weeks after Mom moved out. The check is cashed. Not one apology. Keep away from this place until they clean up their act! 06/17/2024 Two weeks have passed since the response to my review promising someone would contact me about my concerns.Just as no one responded to the letter I wrote, except by cashing the check, no one has contacted me as promised below. My trust in management has plummeted. 5 months ago, as you can see, The Club responded, promising to be in touch. That never happened. Perfunctory is the word that comes to mind. So now, add broken promises to the list.

Looking for the "perfect" assisted living facility for my husband, Rick, became a challenge for me. I just wasn't ready to "take the plunge" and kept feeling so guilty about thinking in this direction. Then, I found The Club. As my daughter and I walked around the grounds, toured by delightful Fabiola, I felt a sense of camaraderie, caring, gentleness and love. We noticed that every aspect of the physical setup was geared for beauty and calmness. And so I found myself signing documents to have my hubby become a resident. What I am seeing daily, far exceeds my expectations i.e. an Executive Director who listens to his residents and attempts to rectify issues as they arise, an amazing activities director, Samantha, who with kind, and compassionate Kattia help create an environment of fun, and mental/physical stimulation. In addition the food is delicious - several of the servers stand out as being extraordinarily helpful - the Twins do everything in their power to please my husband. Yes, my husband is very happy here and that makes me so happy too.

I recently toured this wonderful community for my grandmother, and I absolutely loved it. The facility is impeccably clean and offers a wide variety of activities that cater to residents' interests. It was heartwarming to see the residents so happy and engaged in their daily lives. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of everyone there. I truly believe this would be a fantastic place for my grandmother to thrive! We will be moving her in in about a month!

I was overwhelmingly nervous placing my mom in an assisted living facility after taking care of her on my own for months. The management team, nurses, CNA's and culinary team ALL made my mom feel welcome and at home, which of course made me more comfortable! Shelisha, the head nurse at the Club treats my mom as if it is her mom! She is everything you'd want from a head nurse running a facility. Caring, empathetic and most of all an advocate for her residents. She calls with funny stories from the day with mom and sends pictures often! Sam, the activity director, goes above and beyond creating and executing interesting, fun and themed activities for all residents to participate in! The weekly outings are very special for the residents too. My mom loves them! Sam encourages all residents to take part and socialize. If she doesn't notice a resident down at an activity, she'll find ya! She also sends pictures of mom's art work, jewelry and flower arrangements! It brings me peace knowing she is in good hands <3 I can't forget about the culinary team! Mom has special needs when it comes to her diet and the culinary team is ON IT! I never have to worry if mom's meals will be suitable for her medical needs. They take such good care of her and even go out of their way to make her special treats! The food is also AMAZING at the club so mom looks forward to all of her meals and so do I when I join her!!!

The Club is a warm and inviting place. The facility is very well maintained and the staff is very caring and nurturing. They are truly invested in their residents’ quality of living. They are very accessible to family and encourage a team approach in making sure loved ones are provided with individualized care plans. The director of nursing is very hands on and responsive to family questions and concerns. There are a variety of daily activities and trips accessible to all residents. Memory care residents are provided with specialized programs that are engaging and activates prior experiences and interests. My family is very happy to have found such a wonderful place for our mom.

The GM has weekly Zoom calls which are great if your loved ones are not local, but want to keep informed of the happenings at The Club. Everyone is very responsive to any questions. My father-n-law was forced out of his last ALF, and it was one of the best things that happened to him! We discovered The Club due to its proximity to his previous ALF and wanted to find a place near the same area as he’s use to visiting the local stores and restaurants. We like the convenience of that area! Since day one, everything has gone nice and smooth at the Club! The staff has been kind and helpful, and my father-n-law consistently comments on how happy he is there, how the staff treats him kindly and cares about his well-being and the food is excellent! For New Years they served rib-eye and lobster with wine! He can order food anytime of the day and breakfast all day long! They have special events and dining experiences throughout the year. They also gave him an emergency button to call for help, to have his room cleaned, to have someone help bath him, etc. It gives our family so much peace and happiness knowing our family member is happy and well taken care of! Come to find out, the gentleman that built this ALF had a mother in an ALF and realized the need for good facilities for our senior population. It appears his vision for having a nice facility for seniors is now a reality and that commitment to giving good care, living facility, kind staff and good dining is really appreciated! I’d like to thank him and all of those that make The Club a nice place to live for my father -n Law.

Sun Kind of Living had a wonderful day singing carols with the Residents at The Club at Boynton Beach. Scott and Nancy are the heart of this facility. The Sun Kind of Living team has visited hundreds of long term care facilities and has never met two such dedicated and warm hearted staff members. The residents here are truly blessed to have these two individuals working with them daily. The kitchen staff even served us a wonderful lunch that was just delicious! So thank you to all of The Club at Boynton Beach for bringing the Christmas spirit into our hearts.
